Metropole Kitchen offers innovative twists on local classics and features a distinctive atmosphere showcasing LA's underground tunnel system. These tunnels were originally conceived as an alternate transportation system connecting key infrastructure in the downtown core. They also famously carried contraband during prohibition and were home to many of the city's unmarked watering holes.
