Great stay (again) - but need better screen mirroring

A great stay - and been here many times. It seems with a lot of IHG and specifically Indigo their TV connectivity isn’t aligned with the great areas everywhere else.
Please invest in better tv connection/screen mirroring or at least update the apps with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
Hope to have this next time I stay.

Honestly, I originally booked my stay at the Hotel Indigo East Side gallery because it was close to my friends apartment and we had plans to meet up to explore Berlin together. I was pleasantly surprised that this turned out to be a great hotel! (Ok, I guess not really, as I have had many good experiences at IHG hotels so should have expected it...) This is a fantastic location - directly across from the Berlin Wall/East Side Gallery, a convenient bus stop right outside of the front entrance, and a short walk to the train station. The hotel, including the rooms themselves, were well decorated and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will 100% be recommending this property to others for their stay in Berlin!

Queen Bed Premium on last floor is around 30 sqm large.
Very nicely designed.
Comfortable bed.
Desk with usb sockets.
Bathroom with walk in shower. Natural Remedies toiletries.
Wooden floor.
Free minibar (with Coke and bier).
Bathrobe. Kettle.
Connectable television witt good selection of international channels.
Nice view over East Side Gallery.
Very quiet.

Cool design.
Very good breakfast, served until 11.30am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Trendy location,and convenient when coming by public transportation from BER airport.
Bikes can be rented.

Nice views of East side gallery, Berlin Wall, modern decoration and very quite and relaxing.it is near the river and a walking distance away from two well-connected train stations. Close to shops and restaurants

A lovely stay during Covid restrictions, the room was deep cleaned everyday and had a really modern and appealing decor. The staff were lovely and very accommodating especially given the change in rules within Germany. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when next in Berlin.

Rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotelzimmer und dem Service.
Schade fand ich nur, dass es (wohl aufgrund von Corona) keinen Zimmerservice gab und die Rooftop Bar erst abends öffnet. Dort hätte ich mich gern auch tagsüber aufgehalten.
Die Lage des Hotels ist aber super vom Berlin Ostbahnhof erreichbar.

Stay at Hotel Indigo in Berlin monthly for business. I always have a good experience - the hotel is in a good location, clean, well run and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable. They also offer a good breakfast with a generous mix of cool and hot options. Great stays at a reasonable price - recommended.

sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, als IHG Mitglied sogar gleich noch ein Upgrade bekommen, herrlicher Blick auf die East Side und die Spree, Schlafkomfort super, alles perfekt, ich komme gerne wieder
