Great ammenities, accommodating staff

Our stay was not good; had VERY noisy guests above us for duration of our 2 night stay. Hotel staff were considerate and offered us all a free treat from the pantry (the pantry is great, variety of free coffees, treats, frozen meals, etc all based on the honour system). Free laundry is such a bonus when travelling.
Better cleaning of the room would have been appreciated as we found things just under the bathroom vanity and couch. Underground parking is nice too

Our stay was great. We were in the king bed suite. Underground parking was wonderful.
My only comment would be when guest are staying for longer term as we did it would be nice to have more than one coffee packet in the room. The front desk did give us extra which worked out fine.
The dishes inventory in the room should be checked after stays to make sure there are 2 of basic dishes like cereal bowls plates and basic cutlery.
Other than that the stay was great.

As a diamond elite member I’ve spent my fair share of time in ihg hotels, and I must say this is one of the best run locations I’ve stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were in fantastic condition. Urvish and his team deserve an award.

I had booked 2 rooms and 2 nights, but my sister could not make it due to an illness in the family las minute. Still the staff reduced my charges.
Extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Will be my go to place for stays in Edmonton from now on

Always feel like I’m coming to my second home when staying here. Staff Mohammed & Mario always are kind and welcoming they always welcome you with a smile and go out of the way to insure your stay is a pleasant one. Rooms a very well kept and hotel is in a great location close to all amenities. I highly recommend this property, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This hotel has become my "Home away from home".
The premises are always kept at an ultimate cleanliness with a pleasant fragrance through the hallways.
Rooms are modern, clean and very spacious.
The complimentary underground parking is certainly valuable and practical.
The front desk staff are real professionals, always sporting a welcoming smile and will go the extra mile to solve any issues promptly. Very efficient people.
Wifi has a great coverage.
I will keep calling this establishment my 2nd home.

I happened to get put in a room with a not awesome mattress... oh, and the blow dryer - I would say bring your own!
USB plugs in the room didn't work - so I would recommend making sure you have packed your charging block.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff always friendly with a smile. Parkade was great to park in. Close to West Edmonton mall.

Greeted by name upon arrival, room is cleaned upon request, garbage picked up outside the door, kitchenette with regular sized fridge, feels homey and comfortable, awesome guest service, free laundry.
