Attractive hotel with great amenities!

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a conference and I was quite impressed with the great service and my wonderful room. I definitely would stay here again if I needed to! [Less]
Conference hotel
By DrJy
Came for a conference. Not my usual hotel in Edmonton (location mainly). Was surprised at how easy the stay was. I don't usually sleep well the first night of a trip and I slept very well both nights. [Less]
Was nice
By Nice to be there
Was there for a conference. Restful and relaxing. Within a very good location. [Less]
great hotel
By nomad 06
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The only thing I would change is move the outside bench farther from the entrance so guests don't have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Smoking is [More] fine with me but do it somewhere else besides by the front door. [Less]
Quick visit
By BandTKop
Very efficient check in/out. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine. Only complaint is there is only one slow elevator ..... not really much of a complaint since the hotel wasn't crowded during our [More] stay. [Less]
Great stay for 1 night
By Kory1971
Room is very nice and beds are comfy. Only issue was wifi would not connect, but didn't say anything as only 1 night so used my data instead. Breakfast is your typical free breakfast, nothing [More] fancy, but was better then no breakfast. [Less]
Over night

Delivered all the quality of a Holiday Inn Express in a conveniently located spot for our travel purposes. [Less]
Large rooms and quiet
By dynamo66
The size of our room was larger than we normally see. The room was clean, shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. TV had enormous selection of channels. AC/Heat worked as [More] expected. Pool area was nice, hot tub wasn't quite hot enough, but good for the kids. Breakfast was decent, lots of variety, just missing hot chocolate. Our biggest complaint was the softness of the bed. This is subjective to each person, but we did not sleep well because of it. We would definitely stay again. [Less]
IHG Rewards
By edmonton97
I had stayed 3 previous times at the same hotel and none of the times we were asked about the IHG Rewards program. Before the last stay I checked to see if the points had been added to my account. [More] Needless to say they were not. Upon arrival at the last visit I was shocked to find out that we don't receive any rewards because I am getting the AUPE discount on the rooms. If we had been notified of this at any time in the previous 3 stays I would have possibly looked at staying at a different hotel as many other hotels have reward programs as well and also offer company discounts.
