Place was so busy due to the holiday coming up, also the rooms were so clean and so breath taking, I had a good time staying there

I never been to Candlewood before so I tried it out for curiosity, place was hella good looking
It was a very clean and spotless hotel, it was a wonderful

I couldn’t ask to be in any hotel but Candlewood, candlewoods has my trust and I will come back for my next vacation trip
I love every bit of this place

I never complained one little bit and I have enjoyed my stay there, I will be coming back very soon to this same hotel

It was cheap so I won't be so hard on this hotel, BUT with a lot of rusted accesories, NO bath towels, NO room cleaning service. the room smells like feet, I had to ask for an air refresher and almost emptied the bottle on the room, and the receptionist wasn't welcoming at all.
aside of that, the bed was confortable, A/C was ok, and the bath cleaning was ok.
In general, wasn't the best experience for an IHG hotel, expected to be way better.

When I arrived at the hotel I couldn’t bearly park anywhere since it was so packed, now I know why cause the rooms were so very hella nice

I tried it out for the first time since a family member recommended me to go to candlewoods and have to say, am very impressed with the stay

I got my service very well done whenever I needed full service and bedrooms were so very beautiful too

Comfortable Room with a Great Kitchenette. Bathrooms are Dirty/Filthy; the Staff explained that the 2 Cleaning staff Members are divided by one doing All the Bathrooms and the other staff member doing the rest. No Maintenance on Duty...so we brought a burnt Bulb from our Room Lamp and the Desk Person gave us a replacement Bulb. The other Room Lamp had an inoperative Lamp Switch.

I love the room it is very big and a lot of space to do things and activities. had a great time being there.
