Cet établissement accepte les groupes sportifs par contre ne les acomode pas du tout.
Le temps que nous passons entre famille sportives est un temps de qualité pour se rassembler et passer du bon temps ensemble.
Toutefois il n'est pas possible pour les groupes de louer une salle afin de se rassembler et ne pas déranger les autres visiteurs.
Il est bien dommage et même j'irais jusqu'à dire hypocrite d'accepter les équipes sportives et tout lafflut financier quelles apportent mais ne pas proposer aucune solution pour que les gens se rassemblent dans des endroits appropriés.
Nous avons demandé à louer une salle mais cela a été refusé et pourtant nous étions un groupe extrêmement respectueux des lieux et des règlements en place.
Si certains hôtels ne veulent pas des groupes sportifs qu'ils refusent simplement leur réservations.

Overall the hotel is brand new and it is in a good location. My problem is the attitude with the staff not having control of what the guests are doing in the hotel. There seems to be a lack of security to enforce proper hotel etiquette. For example, the three consecutive weekends I spent there beginning on the Thursday thru Sunday. You have children hockey teams and there chaperones staying there. The adults are usually in one of the floors drinking while the children are running the halls like packs of wild animals. It got so bad the last weekend because they started knocking on doors and running. You could hear them run up stairs and down the hall again. This last past midnight. Totally unacceptable behavior. You have cameras that monitor this, so your staff is well aware of this behavior. I called the desk, I was told they know and it’s because there are hockey teams staying there. That is not a good answer why do you cater to wild children running amuck? What about all of your other guests. Hire a security guard to enforce your guest policies.

I was not expecting more than just a bed and a bathroom. I was surprised at the overall layout, comfort and appearance of the room. I have stayed at hotels that cost 3X this one that were not as nice!

Petit séjour très agréable au Candlewwod de Trois-Rivière. Installations, lit et propreté étaient au rendez-vous. De plus, le buffet déjeuner était généreux.

j'ai été à votre hôtel dernièrement pour 2 journées de rencontre avec mon employeur et j'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour. Le côté familiale et par sa diversité de service m'ont immédiatement séduit. Pour cette raison, j'ai réservé la même chambre 2 nuitées de plus lors de mon séjour.
Il est certain que je retournerai très prochainement.

Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond when we checked in to assure our room met the standards we required. She was extremely friendly, professional and understanding.

C'est neuf, donc très propre. Toutefois, il n'y a pas de ménage qui se fait pendant le séjour.
Il faut aller à la réception pour demander les items de base manquants (papier de toilette, serviettes, etc.) Comme l'hôtel était plein, l'attente était souvent longue.
Nous avions une réservation pour 4, mais seulement des couverts et ustensiles pour 2 personnes. On nous a accommodé avec des couverts en carton et des ustensiles en plastique... Par ailleurs, il n'y a aucun espace pour manger dans la chambre et les aires communes pour le faire se trouvent très loin de la chambre. Ce n'est vraiment pas idéal.
Notre chambre était adjacente à la cage d'escalier et c'était très bruyant.

Hotel was good although it was connected to a Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn had a free breakfast and Candlewood did not. In fact I inquired and they wouldn’t even give me an option to pay for breakfast. However a coworker also stayed at Candlewood and they let him have the free breakfast. So let’s be fair. And no free coffee from what was told to me.
