Masa inap saya selama 2 malam sebenarnya sangat buruk. Ada banyak pesta yang berlangsung pada kedua malam itu, dan yang paling utama, ada ayam jantan di properti yang berdekatan yang membangunkan Anda pada pukul 6pagi setiap pagi. Dindingnya sangat tipis sehingga Anda dapat mendengar semuanya. AC saya tidak bisa dingin di bawah 75 derajat meskipun suhunya sudah diatur lebih rendah. Saya menyetelnya ke 73 derajat dan untuk beberapa saat AC akan menyala, tetapi ketika saya kembali ke kamar saya di kemudian hari, AC kembali disetel ke 75. Hal yang sama terjadi semalam. Hampir seperti 75 merupakan nilai default dan setelah sekitar satu jam, berapa pun suhu yang Anda atur pada termometer, suhu akan kembali ke 75. Sarapannya benar-benar mengerikan. Maksudku, pilihan protein pada suatu pagi adalah potongan daging asap.... bukan daging asap, tetapi potongan daging asap. Ugh, itu menjijikkan. Saya pastinya TIDAK akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Very nice !! Close to VCU sheltering arms..( there's closer, but we chose to stay here. Didn't disappoint)

Bad breakfast. Bad sausage, bad eggs, late service about one hours. And pancakes or waffles. Juicy station and coffee were good.

Kami memiliki masa inap yang menyenangkan di hotel avid ! kamar itu sangat bersih dengan desain interior modern yang menyenangkan yang membuat kamar terasa luas. Selain itu, staf sangat ramah dan mengakomodasi permintaan mengenai lokasi kamar . Sarapan juga bagus. Secara keseluruhan, saya dan keluarga saya menikmati masa inap kami dan pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel avid kepada orang lain :)

Friendly staff, clean rooms, low flow shower . I thought there was construction going on upstairs but it was (I’m assuming) kids running back and forth across the floor and riding the deck chair and it got pretty loud in my room. So next time I’d ask for a room on the top floor.

The hotel is clean and my room and stay was very good.Breakfast is included in your stay and the prepared food was satisfying . My only complaint there should be a microwave either in the room or on the floor where your room is located because you have to go to the main lobby to warm food items. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and service .

Not sure I would recommend this hotel or use it myself again. The staff at check-in was unprofessional, had an attitude and was difficult to work with, not just with me but to the two guests before me and the one who checked in after me. They refused to use the card I booked the reservation with, and claimed that it wasn't paid for ahead of time, even though I received confirmation that my business card was accepted at the time of booking. There was no information provided from my booking that I was traveling with my pets, and the way the staff handled the process for addressing this was not appropriate. I've stayed in these hotels before and never had this much issue, but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel overall is fine and accommodating as a budget hotel right off the highway, although the rooms are very small and tight for more than one person or for any pets. My room at this particular hotel was mostly clean but the bathroom floor was sticky like it had some sort of residue on it, so I didn't walk barefoot if I could help it.

Ac Unit Broke At 4:00am

Staff was friendly but when we checked in our room around 10:30pm our room smelled of cleaning bleach and the room was 76 degrees. I set the room down to 70 and by the time we went to bed at 12:00am the room had adjusted nicely. At 4:00 I woke up in a sweat and I could smell an electrical burning smell I realized when the thermastat said it was 76 degrees and it was blowing hot air. I tried to go back to sleep but at 6:00am the room had gotten up to 79 degrees and we could no longer stand it. We checked out at 6:30am. I let staff know and they put in a work order but because the room was unbearable to be in we decided to check out and leave as soon as we could. I will not be returning.
