Excellent stay during the 4th of July we had a blast. Everything at the hotel was great. The staff was nice and we were able to enjoy eve thing the hotel.

They didn’t honor my request the room had a funny smell and had to go buy a plugin for the room

Great hotel near the cruise port and walking distance to several restaurants. Clean, spacious room, helpful staff and updated amenities.
Quiet, clean stay

Extremely clean hotel with a clever design and very quiet, at least with a room overlooking city view / rooftop garden. I got a great deal booking for off days of the week and felt that because of this, it was great value for money. That said, had I paid over $150/night with the resort fee, I would have definitely expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. For starters, branded coffee pods from Dunkin or Starbucks and free luggage hold would be appreciated. These small touches make a big difference. The staff of young men were extremely courteous tho and did all they could to accommodate guests. Definitely a very high standard of customer service, which is rare these days, especially at NYC hotels.

Great location, close to tons of things. Rooms are inconvenient to work from. Pillows were flat and the fan would not stay running.
HVAC not functioning

HVAC was extremely loud and not functioning. The technician could not fix it either. Was offered another room while k was already and hour out and no room were available when I would return then evening

NY trip for business and convention for my industry enjoyed my stay and would visit there again if my needs require me to Brooklyn again in the future the staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests

Tempat yang bagus untuk masa inap. Dekat stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Selalu bersih. Aman. Dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke Jembatan Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, dan area Dumbo. Layanan hebat dan sangat ramah. Kamar itu cukup kecil, tetapi saya tidak pergi ke daerah NYC untuk menginap di kamar hotel.
Pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman saya adalah luar biasa. kamar bersih dan diisi dengan baik. Staf sangat ramah, membantu, berpengetahuan dan bahagia.
