Arrived after midnight, 8+ hours after "check-in" time and the floor was dirty. I could not walk around without shoes. The shower floor was also dirty, hair on the bathroom floor and one of the soap pumps did not work. I was relieved there was body wash in the shower since I forgot my own, only to find out I couldn't use it because the pump was broken. One last remark, the breakfast was mediocre at best...

We were treated horribly. We called to complain about the family above us, that were running and jumping after 11:00pm. Nothing was done. Called back to desk and were told we could move to the top floor. I stated that the family that was obviously up could move.
We were told they would not to do that. So much for being Gold Elite members. Staff was rude and I will never stay there again!!! If anyone would like to hear a one hour and half of jumping, screaming and hitting the floor recording, just contact me. I have it saved.

I'm honestly telling you, this is a well taken care of place, it is so clean it almost looks like it's new. The staff if very nice & I felt safe here!

First thing is there is no awning for protection from the weather when unloading vehicles. No microwave no coffee maker no ironing board or iron in the room. Nowhere to put your soap or anything in the shower. Very mini refrigerator

This was my first time at an Avid hotel. We stay in many hotels through the year, and this one was by far the best. This hotel was extremely clean, the staff was amazing and friendly, the room was spacious, the bathroom was well stocked with dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. (And in the big bottles, not the little ones that take serval to get clean). Breakfast was good (for a free breakfast). They had several fresh fruits, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, bagels, muffins, toast, danish, along with hot scrambled eggs and bacon. Juices, hot coffee and milk were available as well.
We came in later in the evening, parking was easy. I was ready for a hot shower and bed. I was disappointed that we didn’t have any hot water, it was lukewarm at best. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The noise from the street was a bit loud (we weee on 3rd floor). I was completely impressed with this hotel.

The staff here are amazing the receptionist was amazing and so helpful and the bed was perfect I had one if the best nights of sleep here thank you all for an amazing stay

Kami masa inap semalam dalam perjalanan ke Tennessee. Staf hotel yang sopan dan ramah. Kamar kami yang nyaman dan bersih. Mereka memiliki kolam renang yang bagus, dan gym jika Anda perlu berolahraga cepat selama Anda masa inap di sini. Mereka juga menyajikan sarapan kecil tapi mengenyangkan. Secara keseluruhan ini adalah hotel yang bagus untuk masa inap di.
Tidur Malam yang Luar Biasa dan Sarapan yang Luar Biasa.
