The Even Hotel at Miami Airport is a "Must-Stay" for those seeking a great hotel to stay at. I would say this location is Miami's " Best Kept Secret". The rooms are impeccable. The service is professional and congenial. The food, drinks, pool and property makes for a great stay. What impressed me the most, is their priority for security. This property is top notch. I would consider my stay a 4 star experience

Front desk staff was very disengaged, poor customer service, noisy hotel, and the worst part was how dirty the room and bathroom were. It was disgusting. Food was “ok” (we had breakfast) and the restaurant staff were nice. The gym facility was great.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay from the breakfast to relaxing at the pool, to requesting housekeeping assistance to ordering from door dash/Uber eats the staff was very friendly, the entire hotel was very clean I will be returning sometime in August

It is my second time here and Im always satisfied.
Very clean, helpful staff and the location is great.
Plus they have a shuttle service which makes it even better.
Dirty room and bathroom, very disappointed.

The carpet feels like it was sprayed with soda, the bathroom was black of dirt. It feels like there was a frat party on the bedroom and was not cleaned after.
The breakfast, that you okay for, it's simply put , not worth the money.
Stayed twice and I will do it again. Best service!

My wife asked if a room was giving to me for the rest of my life at Evan’s at no charge to live there? I said you bet your buns I would love to stay with the service they provide can compare to those high class hotels the rich folks stay in .

This place was perfect and affordable very close to downtown Miami where I had work! We didn’t want to stay in the chaos of a busy city but we needed to be close and this hotel was perfect. For the price, this place had everything we needed and more and was extremely comfortable.
Water temp issues

We booked this room based on 24/7 access to the airport shuttle. Shuttle service worked exactly as needed.
Room was fine, but it was impossible to get shower temp warm. It was tepid as best.
Easy check in and check out.

This is a great location. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and great for a stay before/after a cruise. There are added fees not discussed when booking $15 parking per day (you can park across ton the side of the road for free, if available), $50 incidentals fee (You have to wait to get this fee reimbursed). It is a busy hotel, with lots of guests. Check-in at 3 pm is firm and was inconvenient. We came back after 3 pm (4:51 pm), and the room was still not ready. We were given a complimentary breakfast for 2, but there were 4 of us, so we did not use it. The restaurant on the property isn't affordable ($4 for avocado toast). We ate at the restaurants nearby.

I had a good experience glad I booked ahead of time before it all got booked up! Definitely worth the price I pay to get there. Also was nice they had a shuttle service.

Solid stay, small minor issues including bathroom cleanliness and shower not working correctly. Hallways can be quite noisy.

Stayed for 5 days the room never being clean. First day was the room near the big group. The door slamming every 30 mins and group of ladies shouting at the mid night. Second day same issue. Can’t cope with that so I requested for a change at 5am. At first the staff said there nothing she can do about it and all of a sudden after answering whole lot of questions so she finally gave me an upper one which is nice. But it never being clean or tidy even I asked the cleaning lady and the front desk 3 days in a row. The hotel is nice just the staff and management need lots of improvement.
