The hotel is beautiful with a great location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel was clean everything was great. All that makes for a great stay, but what makes a stay better than great and memorable is always the staff. I had reserved a room at another IHG hotel, and they dropped the ball at noon on the day of arrival. I called EVEN and spoke with Kat who turned a bad situation into a great one. She made my reservation, told me to send my daughter over and would get her checked in at noon (that doesn't happen) and upgraded our room to a suite. She saved our trip and went above and beyond to help turn our day around. Service like that will be why myself (and any family members) will ALWAYS stay at EVEN when we're visiting family in Omaha.

Hotel was right by the university. Breakfast was great and everyone was very friendly. Bed was super comfy also. Hope to be back in the fall.

Hotel was great, WiFi could have worked better But overall a nice place. Kids enjoyed the pool and it wasn’t too far from the zoo. Not many restaurants in walking distance but close to downtown. Would come back.

Had a nice stay with my nephews. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The highlight for the boys was definitely the pool. It’s farther from the zoo than I thought, but not too far from Old Market.

We stay here for business and I have to say the past 2 visits have not been the greatest. We have had several times now that the TV's or cable do not work. We spent 7 hours in our room calling and trying to figure out to fix the tv. Seems like 1 employee passes the buck to the next one.
Sadly, your maintenance person had to move us rooms and basically take care of us and handle the Customer Service.
The previous visit same thing and no working ice or water!

From the moment I walked into the EVEN Hotel by IHG, I felt like I had stepped into a refreshing oasis of wellness and comfort. The atmosphere was uplifting, modern, and energized—with a subtle focus on health and balance that set it apart from any other hotel I’ve stayed at. You can tell right away that this isn’t your standard place to crash for the night—it's designed to help you feel better when you wake up than when you arrived.
One of the standout features for me was the in-room fitness zone. I absolutely loved how EVEN integrates wellness into the stay experience. With yoga mats, resistance bands, a training guide, and a fitness ball right in the room, it made keeping up with my routine effortless. After a long day, I didn’t have to drag myself to a gym—I could decompress and work out in the privacy of my own room. And the bed? Like sleeping on a cloud. Their eucalyptus-infused sheets and high-quality mattress gave me one of the most restful nights I've had in months.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel was top-notch—from the calming color palette and inspirational wall art to the spa-like showers and natural bath products. Even the public spaces were well thought out, with a peaceful vibe and a layout that invited relaxation. The staff? Exceptionally friendly and always happy to go above and beyond. Whether I needed recommendations, a late checkout, or just a quick chat, they were welcoming and attentive without ever being overbearing.
The EVEN Hotel by IHG delivered a stay that felt curated for both mind and body. It’s rare to find a hotel that genuinely invests in your well-being, but EVEN does just that. I left feeling recharged, centered, and honestly excited to come back. Highly recommend it for anyone who values wellness, comfort, and a truly elevated hotel experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is close to the arena, and a short drive from the market area. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s not always easy traveling with kids, but this hotel made it feel effortless. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Kids loved the pool also. I’d recommend it to other moms looking for a relaxing stay.

Hotel overall was nice. Room was clean and bathroom was fine, although shower can be improved. Close to downtown without all of the noise. Recommend.
Daughter’s birthday trip

We stayed here for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I chose here because it was close to the Steelhouse. The hotel was very nice, cleaning and staff was friendly. We had dinner onsite and ate off the happy hour menu. The bartender was very accommodating to my daughter’s requests for a Shirley Temple. We we came back from our concert my daughter was sick, and the bartender asked if there was anything he could help us with to help settle her stomach. He got her a Sprite and offered some crackers. For that in my opinion he went above and beyond. I’d like to thank him for this.

Loved the bar for evening hang and the staff were super friendly without being overbearing. Walkable to a good coffee spot and the university.
