I've stayed at this Even hotel several times now, and the service and quality continue to impress me favorably. The hotel is managed well, and filled with a number of small, special touches that make everything even better.

After 7 excellent visits, I guess a disappointment was inevitable.
Booked a king size bed, but at check in 2 double beds rooms were available.
I can't sleep on anything less than a queen size bed, good sleep wasn't an option this time around.
Then no adult beverages were about at guest service.
Things happened, but with the 1 elevator working, wait time was annoying.
Definitely wasted redeeming 33000 of banked points.
Comfortable bed and clean room. Price gouging

Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable however I did notice alot of price gouging, $20 for guests parking per night is quite outrageous and the hotel was not very forthright about this price upon booking and of if they did post it it was not clearly legible. No microwave in room was annoying
Horrible experience would not recommend.

Unauthorized charges, parking is an extra cost not identified when booking and shared with shopping center, charged more for the room than what was booked for and one of the elevators was broken down the whole stay and had to share with housekeeping which made for long waits.

Stayed here for a business trip for 4 nights. There is no bar or restaurant- just a kitchen delivering to a lobby and a mini fridge behind the front desk. Staff is friendly, relatively clean but many instances of oversight from upper management. The high-flow faucet was rusted and moldy. The outlets were loose making it impossible to blow-dry my hair. There were holes in multiple pillowcases even after maid service came back in the room. No streaming services are available on the TV, only cable. No dressers in the rooms either, in replacement of the dedication to "wellness". More attention to deal and less skimping to save money can go a long way at this location.

Nice hotel but need to pay attention to details

Well-located and appointed hotel. Wellness focus was nice touch. Check-in experience was very very slow due to two groups ahead. Of the two elevators, one was broken during our full 3 night stay and the other was overloaded and acting unpredictably. Had to use the stairs up and down to the 6th floor most of the time. Perhaps this added to the fitness experience, but quite inconvenient with bags. Parking and breakfast charges seemed a bit high, but not exorbitant. Nice fitness area although rowing machine had broken foot strap which actually made it unusable and even a little dangerous.

Just false advertisement claiming newly renovated rooms. The room I was check into flooded every time I shower, beds were made only once in a 3 day stay. Staff very rude. Got the picture stay away better option across the street.

We were greated right away. Staff is very friendly and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Great overall. Love how close the hotel is to multiple shopping and restaurants! Overall would for sure book again! Thankyou to everyone!

This is my second time staying at this location and I’m very disappointed. The days I stayed here only one elevator was working and the AC wasn’t working on my floor. Being crowded in an elevator wasn’t fun at all. I also had to call 2x about getting some new towels. I wont be staying at this location in the future. Do better IHG.

The hotel is new, modern, clean, quiet. I did lose my key in my car, and waited almost 30 minutes for a front desk agent to come. No one ever did. I found my key in my car and another guest called the police to search the property for a potentially missing employee.
Great location with ample parking space!

I would recommend this Location to all my family and friends. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of options and places to dine and shop. All the stores are so close you can either drive or simply walk.
