Very clean and quick check in. No issues at all. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Very friendly. Location was in a clean, nice and quiet area. Room was well organized and clean upon arrival. Pool was clean.

EVEN Hotel - Shenandoah has always taken care of me and anyone else that stayed with me. Whether it’s work or leisure, I have always received the upmost respect, care, and service. The property is tucked away from the traffic of I-45 North but still close enough to access it quickly in combination with the Portofino Mall. I recommend them to any and everyone, work or play. 10/10

Needs Better food everything else was great.
The location was perfect, the activities need more activities for guest. They also need umbrellas in the pool, also light music is needed outside for relaxation.

Checkin was fast and efficient. Room pretty good overall. Black out curtains work great. Beds we didn't sleep well on. Bathroom was a tad dirty. Tooth paste splatter on wall. Hairs from someone shaving in sink and hair in shower. Nothing that couldn't be rinsed off. Everything else great.

I'm a regular guest, this is my home town, and will not stay anywhere else.
This particular trip was a very emotional one for me (won't go into details here), but everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and more. I truly feel at home as soon as I walk through the door there. Every shift has done sort of interaction with me, and they are all great!

This was an excellent hotel offering a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed for a quick weekend away. It's very close to Woodlands attractions and close to stores and
restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and made to order. Nice comfortable beds. Workout equipment in room. Bar open at night.
Very nice experience and we will be back!

Chose this hotel based off location and amenities. Great Pool and Workout facility. Made my business trip enjoyable.

Our room had a mildew smell, the phone or the mini fridge didn’t work. Pretty disappointed in our stay here.
