最近のキャンドルウッド スイーツ州ベルヴァーノンでのご滞在は、不快で期待を上回るものでした。 デイデスクの係員は礼儀正しく、とても親切でしたが、臭いがあまりにも素晴らしく、他のサービスとは大きく違っていました。
このシステムでは、ドアロックを数回変更する必要があり、同時に電子キーを RFID パッドにタップする必要がありましたが、前述の担当者が現れてその技術を実演した後に実施されました。 また、テレビのリモコンの非表示操作に問題があり、リビング客室のテレビがコンセントから外れてしまっていました。 これは、親切だが不快な係員にもう一度客室に案内してもらった後に気づきました。 客室は十分清潔だと思われていましたが、よく見るとハウスキーピングが理想的とは言えませんでした。 ありがたいことに、車の中にエアフレッシュナーを入れておきますが、非常に便利でした。
最後にコーヒーを飲みようとしましたが、コーヒーポットは誰にも不満のある状態でケーキに詰められており、自動販売機エリアには茶色の熱い水を用意してくれていました。

The candlewood cupboard was not well stocked. The decaf coffee was not available. The red light was on. No cleaning wipes in the exercise room. Tv remote in exercise room needed new batteries. Attention to detail is not a strong point for this operation.

I stayed in Room #218 and to say I was DISAPPOINTED was an understatement. I got into my room after a long day of working and was like ok this room is great. I go into the bathroom and there was mold in the shower. The shower ceiling looked like there was a leak at some point and wasnt fixed properly and going to fall down. there was a roach trap in the room and i did see a roach in the bathroom the one morning. This hotel definetly needs to be upgraded and and revamped. TV Remote had been chewed on by a dog at some point. Wouldnt stay here again. As a Diamond Elite Member I was expecting more.

Front desk staff are not familiar with room configurations or if rooms are clean. May send you to a room that is not cleaned ! Room doors are propped open on each floor for days and not made up.

Looks clean at first then on the last knight we started finding roaches. The dishwasher did not work and when we opened it it had a smell and dried food all on the inside. Shower soap despenser had been knocked off the wall and was sitting on the counter outside the shower. You only get two towels and when asking for more they only give you one. There were no wash clothes left in the room. Coffee maker down in lobby was broke and out of commission.

At 2:45 room was not available. The heat cannot be adjusted in the room. The whole place smelled like curry. The room was clean but the upkeep is starting to fall behind. The location is quite and convenient

The first two rooms they check us into had towel stacks on the floor and trash in the trash can. The third room was two Queens instead of the 1 king bedroom that we prepaid and booked. It was after midnight when we heard somebody open our door to our room... Ten minutes later the door was opened again by a staffer asking us how we got into this room!

The suite was large and the living room, kitchen, and bedroom were large and looked nice. The bathroom had some issues, but I really like that they have a shower stall instead of a tub. The toilet ran a little, and they swapped the bath soap and the hand soap (bath soap by the sink and the hand soap in the shower). No breakfast option, but they had complimentary coffee and Burger King is right next door.

This was the first time that I stayed at this property. This was Business trip and there were a couple of us. Staff was outstanding, hotel was clean and convenient to everything. Keep up the great work.

Cockroaches and rude staff

I planned on staying for a week then coming back for 3 months. But after talking to the staff over the phone and being met with nothing but irritation and rude behavior and finding cockroaches in the room. I decided to cancel my second stay. BEWARE WHEN THINKING ABOUT STAYING HERE.
