Disappointing experience

Room was not very clean. Painting was falling off from the bathroom ceiling and from the wall in the bedroom.
In the middle of the night we heard a banging, that woke us up, we do not know if it was due to a wrong piping or from some guests.
Not good value for the price

My room was dirty & smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower wasn’t even a walk in shower, so water ran everywhere. The laundry room was also disgusting. Two of the three washers were broken. I was billed twice & that still hasn’t been resolved. Terrible, terrible experience.

A fully furnished kitchen suite with full size fridge, 2 element stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher.
A bit of overkill for most and short stays but the furnishing would be great for a long stay.
Plenty of nearby restaurants to walk to.
My concerns with the pet friendly rooms are fleas from previous pet guests. 1st floor rooms should be designated for pets. Luckily my room was free of them. Carpets had sticky spots.

Beds where comfortable, But the room really needs to be cleaned occasionally.
Towels were very rough. My biggest concern was the filth under the mattress and behind the bed.

Was a very comfortable suite to stay in for the night. Allowed us to have a pet, but the non-refundable fee for the pet seemed a bit steep and was not published prior to us making the reservation. Staff was friendly and overall a good place to stay.

The rooms are always clean and ready for me to enjoy my stay. The showers are always tall enough someone of my height as well.
Hot, Sweaty, Sleepless Night

We travelled on one of the hottest days of this year to visit my sick stepmother. When we got to the hotel the room we were put it was 100 degrees. The desk attendant said it just needed to cool down and to let him know if after an hour it was not cool and if it was not cool he would switch us to another room. We had to leave to visit my sick stepmother and when we came back a few hours later it was still hot in our room. We told the front desk attendant and he said sorry they were sold out of rooms. He came and brought us a fan which basically just blew hot air. It was a hot, sweaty, miserable night with little sleep for my husband, my son, our dog and me. Despite requesting to speak to the manager about the problem several times, he or she never contacted me. Very disappointed in our stay and this hotel.
Very good size room, large desk and recliner comfortable beds.

Well maintained rooms with extra ammenities, like a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishes, staff very helpful, allowed us to register early. Good location, close to expressways. Parking was close to doors and plenty of parking.

For the price the room is worth it. Very clean, despite some cockroaches in the bathroom. Relatively quiet but the bed was not very comfortable and a bit difficult to sleep in. I did extensively check for bedbugs without finding anything.
