They had a Poor breakfast.the pool did not work the entire stay. The room we stayed in was small. We didbht get the room we wanted. Charged to much when they shouldn’t have for what we got.

We paid a fair price for the room offered. The beds were comfortable, the ac kept the room cool, and the shower was pretty good. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. There also wasn't enough towels for the indicated number of guests in the room. Not a big deal at all. I would stay again though and would recommend the hotel to friends and family provided they don't pay anymore than what we did.

This is a up scale new hotel with everything you need for a comfy cozy stay. Clean lobby and rooms. Great breakfast and coffee.
This hotel is close to the Mall and all the nice restaurants. Well lite parking lot for coming in late. The assistant Manager Brenda and the staff are friendly and is well knowledgeable.

I would drop this hotel from the IHG hotels. It was not close to the level of what I expect. The girl at the front desk was rude on check in. I was not happy with her and she knew it and as we walked away she said something about us to the people behind us and they all laughed. The rooms were small, no toiletries. It was hot and the thermostat wouldn’t allow me to change to air conditioning. I will never stay at an Avid hotel again, ever!

Needed a room in OKC for the weekend that was pet-friendly without breaking the bank.
Great service & quality for the price of the room! Would definitely return, as well as recommend to others!

Was not happy upon check-in and let the girl know, when walked off heard her say something to next guests about us and laugh. Should have turned around then and demanded money back. The room is very small and blah. For $10 more I could have stayed at a Holiday Inn but thought we would give Avid a shot since they are an IHG hotel. Should have spent the $10 extra, won’t make that mistake again. There was a fan in the bathroom that runs constantly and the room was hot and stuffy and it wouldn’t let me turn on the AC. They barely provided enough towels and washcloths and nothing extra. Spend the $10, stay at a Holiday Inn to get your money’s worth.

前回のアビッドでのご滞在は1/16/-1/17 日で、障がいのある娘用に客室を予約しました。次の客室へ進み、その客室にはお客様が滞在していました。宿泊施設のない別の客室に変更されました。最近 2/13-2/14 に泊まりましたが、今回もポイントで宿泊施設付きのご滞在を予約しました。正しい客室に部屋を案内してくれ、 1 時間ほど経ってからテレビをつけようとしましたが、作動しませんでした。フロントデスクに連絡し、リモコンのバッテリーを新しいものに交換しました。これでは問題は解決されず、それでもテレビが作動しませんでした。客室を変更するのが最善の方法だと言われましたが、満室の状態だったのです。ポイントの払い戻し済みと、これまでの2回の滞在に対する無料宿泊の申請を希望します。IHG会員なので、買い物の際にはIHGクレジットカードを利用しています。この問題について教えてくれ、ありがとうございました。

結婚式のために複数の宿泊客室を割り当てました。全てが素晴らしかったです。フロントデスクの女性は、今まで事前に確認に電話した中でも最高でした。チェックインの手続きをスムーズに進めることができたのです。このホテルは最高ですよ。

何度も滞在していますが、いつも快適に滞在できます。 客室はいつも清潔で、ベッドも寝心地が良く、この地域に来る時にはいつも利用しています。
今回のご滞在では、AGM（ブレンダ）から、チェックインをしたい場合に備えて早めに客室の準備ができているとのメッセージがあり、到着した客室にカード/クッキーまで用意してくれていました。触り心地がとても良かったです。
