This is our first time staying in an avid hotel, and we will definitely use this as one of our top and first choice in Tulsa. You can’t beat it for the cleanliness and service. The breakfast was good. Of course coffee fresh anytime is a huge score!

Rooms were great, staff was great, hotel was beautiful - aesthetic; location was great, water pressure was not too good, one bed was slumped in a little. My sister kept sliding down into that slump resulting in some sleep impediment. Still a great hotel!

I have stayed at Avid hotels in two states and I have had a great experience each time. Very clean! Employees are pleasant and helpful, everything works, good water pressure in the shower, and quiet.

Clean hotel, and nice staff. Breakfast was good. Shower pressure was not good, but other than that, a great experience.

I checked in on a Sunday night because I had surgery at 5:00 am the next morning. Money is tight so I found a hotel with good ratings that was reasonably priced. When I checked in I used my discover card to pay for the room and had a $100 bill to pay for the deposit. I did not have the extra $100 on my discover card or in my checking acct. This hotel refused to let me use cash for the deposit and gave me 2 options. Pay the $100 by card or find another hotel. It was already midnight and I was exhausted so I had to use my checking bank card and overdraw my checking account for the $100 and that cost me an additional $27 overdraft fee thru my bank. Then I was told it would only be a pending charge and would drop off in 2-4 business days. We are on day 5 and it is still in pending status which is holding that $100 out of my account until it drops off. I called my bank and they said it is up to the hotel when they release it and the bank can’t do anything until the hotel credits it back. So because of this hassle I won’t be staying with Avid hotel again.

It is very basic. No closet, you hang your clothes on hooks. No drawers, you will live out of your suitcase. No tub only a shower. Toiletries are dove in pump bottles. Breakfast is ready to eat, not made on-site. You will need to like Jimmy Dean. It is close to restaurants.

Good place to stay and safe clean would have liked for someone to check make sure we was good after the plug started smoking and popping and when I hurt my leg due to a company truck in the parking lot staff said they could not locate who the car ruck belong to due to the company was registered under the company name in the computer

ホテルへのチェックインは簡単で、ナイトマネージャーはとても親切で礼儀正しかったです。しかし翌日、自分の客室の場所が気に入らなかったという理由で勤務中の女性マネージャーに部屋を変更してもらうと、彼女は目を剥かせて、ナイトマネージャーが私に詳細な説明をしたのに、会場がすでに予約されていると告げました。午後にチェックアウトされる予定のお客様が2泊を予定されていました。ただ、彼女は仕事をしたいとは思っていないのではないかと感じるだけです。でも、私がカウンターの前を通りかかるたびに、彼女が仕事中に電話をしていることに気づきました。数回、場所をカラにする必要があった際にコーヒーステーションの手入れが行き届いていて、勤務中のマネージャーが自分たちの設備に関心があるのであれば、自分たちだけで歩き回って確認するはずです。72また、客室の温度が高すぎる（特に建物の日当たりの良い場所である場合）。客室に関しては、なぜ客室がなければバカにできないのです。靴をがある場所がなかったり、スーツケースや靴を置く場所もなかったし、何かハンガーを掛けられる場所もなかった。全体として、非常に機能的でない客室でした。マッサージはぼさぼさで柔らかく、枕はへぼりませんでした。Wi-Fiに関しては、インターネット利用のたびに接続する必要がありました。テレビについては、見たいものを探すガイドを押します。表示されることなどなかった。テレビを消して待つ必要があり、見たいものを見つけてからオンにしたテレビに戻っていた。スタッフ。本当にすばらしかったです。

とても清潔な新しいホテルです。住所を確認しましょう。うち1軒では会員を降ろして、もう1か所にご滞在ばなりませんでした。

ホテルに到着し、スタッフがサポートしてくれるまで 5 分以上も待っていた。助けてくれたのはロッドでした。お店に 5 回連絡し、ホーラーと挨拶を交わし、ついにロッドが出てきました。男は耳の中にエアポッドを持っていて、謝罪する様子も見られませんでした。ホテルを出るときのサービスに非常に不満を感じ、領収書をくださいと言うと、メールに送られてくるので印刷しても構いませんと言って、無礼な態度をとった。
