Found this hotel last year and will be out go to hotel every trip to FL. The rooms are amazing (we have stayed in a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) note the 1 bedroom does not have laundry which in other IHG resorts they do so just be aware if you want to do laundry during your stay you need to be in a 2 bedroom. Pool is amazing, they have a rec room that is great for passing the time if you are not out and about enjoying all the Orlando area has to offer. Can't say enough great things about this property

I am more impressed each time we stay. The staff continues to exceed expectations as well as make our stay more enjoyable each time. I highly recommend a stay here. Amenities are excellent!! The staff is amazing. I enjoy coming to this location and staying here.

My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Breeze Orlando, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

The resort's location is perfect—close to major attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. We loved the pool area; it was clean, fun, and a great spot for the kids to play and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The on-site dining options were convenient, and we appreciated the variety of choices. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Resort Breeze Orlando to anyone looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Orlando.

Amazing Rooms

We had a great time. The room was amazing and so spacious with not only 1 balcony, but 2. The large kitchen was perfect for my family of 4. The pool was nice and had free snow cones for the kiddos and had games for the kids. The game room is a little pricey but kids still had a blast. There were still plenty of things to do for free. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Nice facility but not the best service

The resort was really nice and the room was spectacular. However, as an IHG rewards member who stays at countless Holiday Inns I wasn’t impressed by the service. The check in process was long- check in isn’t until 4pm and they had one person at the front with a line. Additionally, check in is usually 3pm with check out at 11. I felt like the person who checked me in was irritated that I asked for an 11am check out. If I’m spending this kind of money for one night, I deserve my moneys worth. I usually am traveling for tournaments for my kids and their schedule can change due to weather so we are often stuck in other cities with lots of time to kill. I have never ever had an issue or felt like anyone was annoyed by me explaining and asking for a little later check out. Instead of 10, we got 11. Most IHG accomodate instantly when they see how much we stay! Lastly, the people above us woke us up stomping around and it went on for a long time! Lots of noise. and I couldn’t get ahold of front office staff. I let them know upon checkout and how frustrated I was. I ended up saying forget it and checked out well before 11am.

My overall stay was ok with the exception of people upstairs had kids running across ceiling late at night and early in morning while my family was trying to sleep. Called front desk 3 times was told I would get my resort fee reimburse because of the inconvenience . Called customer service and they said there was no complaint reported. This was not a good stay for me and family. As I am writing this I been on hold for almost 30 minutes .

Room was nice. The amenity side could use a little bit of help. We were given a sheet when we checked in that listed all the amenities one being free games… Pool tables, foosball, air, hockey, etc. They were free when we got there, but later that night we came down to play, and apparently all the games are now pay to play. I don’t see how you can consider that an amenity if I have to pay extra to play each of the games and the attendant in that area was pretty much useless. The mini golf was a cool concept, but unfortunately, it has been not maintained, all the water features are dry and it’s kind of depressing. The pool was nice, although it would be great to have some type of concession. There are concessions in the lobby, but those are again a third-party which you cannot put on your room or anything. So all of the games are controlled by a third-party pay vendor as well as a concessions upfront, which is annoying. Overall, the area was pretty sparse and a bit strange. It seems like this was a converted apartment complex or something so I didn’t get a good positive vacation vibe from it at all. When I checked in the desk, staff was pretty good, but when I went to ask about the amenities, not being what they were advertised the evening attendant would not give me the time of day and acted very put out by my questions. She quickly referred me back to the attendant in the amenities area. And went out of her way to notate she was busy on the phone with her manager… Which I do not care! The last thing is, it’s annoying that I’m charged resort fee here Because this gives zero feel of a resort!
