De kamers waren zeer comfortabel en het hotel was erg schoon. Ontbijt was goed. Ons verblijf was erg ontspannend. Het bed was echt comfortabel. We verlieten het hotel alleen voor het diner.

Don’t wanna say. To noisy to sleep after mid night. People upstairs was just plain out rude for letting kids do what ever they wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service was good at the beginning of checking in. Then down hill after that

This facility is perfect for every occasion. Single, family, business, or anything. They have you covered. Many areas to access and see. Beautiful facility wonderful staff. I am definitely going to use this location again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t leave anything behind in your room at all because it will get stolen and then they will lie and say they never found your things. I left a necklace in my room at checkout, but we ended up checking back in that very same night, when I asked about the necklace I had to wait for housekeeping to come in the morning. When they came they told me they found some items I left behind (soap) but they didn’t find the necklace that was sitting directly next to the soap they found. I know for a fact it was there, if they found the soap they would have found the necklace but instead of turning it in, it was stolen.

My overall stay with Staybridge was good. The staff we're attentive and friendly. The room is decent size and the bed quality was pretty nice. No complaints from me.

My recent stay at Staybridge Suites was for a business meeting. The location was great. The front desk staff was personable. My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
Avoid this hotel- go down the street to another.

I selected Staybridge Suites in Denton because it’s located directly next to the home of the family I was visiting. Had I known what the experience would entail, I would have simply driven one more traffic light and stayed at the Marriott.
For context, I’ve been a corporate event planner for 25 years. I’m deeply familiar with hotel operations and the standards of service expected across all tiers of hospitality—from budget-friendly to luxury. I also understand the guest accommodations and staff discretion typically extended to someone in my position.
When issues arise during a stay, I never lead with my professional background. It’s not my style, and more importantly, it can interfere with an authentic evaluation of the guest experience—something I genuinely enjoy. Unfortunately, this property has made that impossible. What follows is not shared lightly, but it should serve as a warning to future guests.
Issues experienced during my stay:
Poor lighting throughout the suite
Garbage disposal clogged for the entire duration
Interior bathroom door non-functional
TV remote inoperable
Excessive noise from neighboring rooms late into the night
Flickering ceiling light
A small cockroach found on the kitchen table
Unidentified bodily fluid sprayed on the bathroom wall
A dirty sock tucked between clean towels
Trash left in hallways for multiple days
Trash in the parking lot that remained through our departure
When I requested a room change, the front desk agent initially agreed but said it couldn’t be done until after 3 PM due to full occupancy. I returned after 3 PM, only to be told by a different staff member that a room change was not possible, and they were unsure why the previous agent had said otherwise. They claimed they couldn’t leave my current room uncleaned if they reassigned me, and that housekeeping had been sent home for the holiday weekend and would not be called back.
I know this to be false.
So here we are: a dirty hotel, unhelpful staff, and an unfortunate—but entirely warranted—review from a quiet, observant, and tolerant guest.

It was amazing it would have been 10 out of 10 if we could have enjoyed the pool but we could bc people were smoking weed and we have babies we told the front desk and nothing was done about it and if the lights aren't working the need new bulbs be prepared for it to take 2 hrs for them to give you new bulbs. Still 9 out of 10 rooms are nice and bed are so comfortable

This is a great hotel. I felt so spoiled being here. Although I'm not used to hotels this nice so I'm sure others have complaints. But I had a great time the beds and pillows were great and so was the breakfast!
