I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining it throughout. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel truly cared for. Thank you for the excellent service!

Poor water pressure

I stayed here for 5 weeks, during the 5 weeks there was very low water pressure and hot water was intermittent at times. By my last week of stay I had no water pressure or hot water and I couldn't even get the diverter to send the water to the shower head. I had this issue for my last 4 nights of my stay. The staff was informed and by my last morning of my stay the water pressure got back to what it was for the first 4 weeks of my stay. Still not good but it was better. I was in room 433.

Everything was wonderful the customer service was amazing. The free breakfast in the morning was great. We will definitely be coming back.

Very well run establishment. Bed are comfortable and noise level is very good. Really good breakfast that is kept full even when busy. Good choices, very neat and clean.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Special thanks to Whitney Shivel from the Sales team for her professionalism and warm approach, Destiny at the front desk for her friendly and efficient service, and Mr. Joo for his outstanding support throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have a business trip with duration around 57 night at Staybridge Suits Lafayette.
The mostly I like during my stay is the comfortable room which is the best priority for my business trip.
The quiet room was help to more effectively when I need to working during weekend and especially is the quality of the sleep to resilient energy for the new day to work.

Bug Bites, Lazy Housekeeping, and Noisy AC Nightma

I had a very disappointing stay at Staybridge Suites Lafayette-Airport. From the moment I arrived, things went wrong. I woke up covered in bug bites all over my body—clearly an infestation issue that wasn’t addressed. Housekeeping was unreliable; on multiple weekdays, my room wasn’t cleaned at all, and somehow a “Do Not Disturb” sign ended up on my door even though I never put it there myself. It felt like they were just skipping rooms without checking. On top of that, the AC unit was ridiculously loud, running constantly and making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. I expected better from this hotel for the price, and I won’t be returning.

The staff at this hotel is fantastic! I stay here every time I go to LFT. The Social Hours on Monday-Wednesday are an awesome added bonus! Any maintenance issues are quick to be attended to and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job.
