In terms of the experience of staying there, it's a newly renovated hotel, so it's not bad. The front desk staff are very friendly, the room is clean and cosy, and the location is an added bonus.
However, given its standard and rating, it's hard to imagine a newly renovated Voco hotel with a huge amount of extra space choosing a low-quality outsourced gym. The huge sense of fallout (compared to what the pictures show) is frustrating to me.
Finally, if you call a resident to ask for a favourable review, especially for the IHG Group questionnaire, please be polite. It made a bad impression on me...

Not really recommended as people are smoking indoors, and the hotel is providing bins for people to throw away the cigarette butts… unbelievable, this is a capital city and indoor smoking is banned already

我是IHG白金会员，入住前几天酒店特意给我打电话询问我入住酒店有什么要求，这让我很意外，也很感动，说明酒店管理很到位；入住时，前台负责接待的人员非很有耐心倾听我的入住意愿（很遗憾忘了问她的名字)，再次让我感到酒店的细心和热情。酒店在力所能及的情况下给我升级了房间，让我感到非常满意。另外，酒店的早餐很不错、很丰富，体现了VOCO酒店的品质。酒店附近的美食街走几分钟就到，很近，值得去体验一下，推荐夏氏砂锅。地铁几分钟就到，很方便。

Love the location. Super convenient to all the places I want to go. The breakfast is pretty quality, but the coffee was not so good. Love the staff team, really try to solve my problems. But the lounge floor was not smell very good because it smells like cigarettes. They clean the whole floor carpet for me to remove the smell. I really appreciate that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Hopefully they can do better with the gym next time.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The front office staff Ms Tan was very professional and well versed the key sightseeing places for us. The room was upgraded to one bedroom suite and the minibar was free of charge. The breakfast was with great variety and local delicacy. I like the room decoration and the scent of the hotel. The birds were cute and lovely. I wish I can have one of the flamingo plush toy too ! The GM has done a great job in leading the great team!
