Wonderful Staff very helpful

I got delayed in Denver and the wonderful staff at avid helped me get on the right shuttle to get there let me know where i could eat. The nice girl even ran across the street to pick it up. there were two people. got me set up on the shuttle back. just really great service. hard to find anymore. Wanted to share my appreciation...

It was pretty clean and staff was helpful but the comforter could have been longer. It barely covered both of us but staff got us extra blankets and it was fine

I knew this was not one of their top tier hotels but not having regular coffee available anywhere in the hotel in the morning was unacceptable as was running out of breakfast sandwiches 35 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end.

If you don’t want your day, week, month, or trip ruined then stay literally anywhere else. I have not been treated so poorly or mocked as a customer anywhere else. Fire Brittany ASAP.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but the aVid Hotel was clean, and thought of everything to ensure I was off to my early morning flight without a hitch. Grab and Go breakfast for the early morning flight, complimentary 24 airport shuttle. Tea, Coffee and Water available 24 hours. This is the place to lay your head and relax.

Room as advertised but the pool is NOT heated. The overall hotel is clean and so was our room. Coffee bar is great to have all hours of the day. Small gym was well equipped. Noise level was good. No microwave in our room so this would be nice for our next stay

Like I said a medrn looking hotel. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and free shuttle. The staff members Cesar was the one in the morning very well mannered and helpful.

Evening Front Desk Clerk didn't want to be there.
Store EMPTY!!
Room floor 'STICKY'.
NO hot food.
Morning Front Desk Clerk made a $25 adjustment to my bill. She very much understood my frustration.
Left note for GM. Haven't heard a peep.
