Great location to get to the Javits Center or the train to get around. Rooms are NYC sized and should be expected.

The room was large for NYC standards, it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The addition of the yoga mat and props as well as the wellness guide was a nice perk.
The game room and gym were great. the location was convenient and the room was quiet so sleeping was not a problem.

Understaffed at the dining area; waitress messed up our order multiple times, two days in a row. Save yourself the headache and wait times, you are better off at Starbucks down the street or any one of the bagel/breakfast shops in the area

The first time at this hotel with my husband. We were going for along weekend and we had to get a room so I used points to stay here . This hotel gets one of the best ratings when I looked it up on my IHG app

We typically stay at a Holiday Inn Express closer to Broadway. We didn't quite know what to expect from the EVEN experience. Frankly, we weren't interested in the "wellness" aspect. Just a quick overnight after a day in the city and leaving the next day for vacation upstate. The convenience to Moynihan Hall/Penn station couldn't be beat. Please note our rating of "poor" for sleep was only due to all night construction in the area for which hotel is not responsible. Room itself, bedding and bed were entirely comfortable.

The hotel staff was amazing, the room and spaces were clean, and the beds were so comfortable after a long day of walking around. The hotel it safe was great and I have almost no complaints. They provided a reusable water bottle in the room and had ice water available behind the front desk which was great because temps were in the 80s. If you don't mind walking, this hotel is a great place. It is about a 30 minute walk to Central Park Zoo, and 20ish minutes to Times Square.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Nice clean room with a little fridge and an amazing bed. They had filtered waterstations which was amazing too. Staff was great and helpful. Would recommend!

We had purchased items earlier on our stay in New York City and bag of new cloths were sitting on the floor. Cleaning staff entered the room and accidentally threw out our purchased items. We talked with the front desk and the didn't offer and compensation $60 worth of new cloths.

The hotel was close to places we visited, but on our third day we has some items we bought left in the room and were mistakenly thrown away with the trash by cleaning staff. Talked with front desk staff and no resolution was offered. $60 worth of new cloths.
