Very good service, ambience , the room very clean and cozy

Unfortunately this was a negative experience. I couldn't reserve a parking space, when we arrived the few that the hotel had to offer were all taken. The hotel had no control over the number of available, or not available, parking spaces - I had to go there myself to find out. That is not acceptable by any means. twop out of four charging spaces were occupied by non electrical vehicles - not acceptable either.

Furthermore, the pillows were tiny and didn't give enough support during the night. That is not what we expected and I have never experienced it at another Holiday Inn hotel.

Clean and comfortable. New design that's refreshing. Parking nearby is free if you can find a spot. Will stay again in future.

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung im Hotel the niu Leo

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel the niu Leo war rundum angenehm und wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet und überzeugt bereits beim ersten Eindruck mit seiner Sauberkeit und modernen Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – nur etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn entfernt und direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe, was sehr praktisch ist.

Schon beim Betreten der Lobby merkt man sofort, wie gepflegt und ordentlich alles ist. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, und sowohl die Lobby als auch der Frühstücksraum sind sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und ebenfalls äußerst sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, der Fernseher und die Minibar rundeten das angenehme Gesamtbild ab. Auch die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war sehr schön.

Das Schönste war jedoch das Gefühl, sofort willkommen zu sein. Schon beim Einchecken wurde ich mit einem Lächeln begrüßt – die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals sind wirklich außergewöhnlich. Gerade das ist für mich als Gast besonders wichtig: der erste Eindruck zählt, und der war hier mehr als positiv.

Ich möchte mich ganz besonders bei den Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption bedanken: Assim, Nighhy, Shania, Christian und Mariam – Ihre Freundlichkeit, Ihr Verhalten und Ihre Professionalität haben meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Als selbst Mitarbeitender im Hotel the niu Keg in Hamburg war es für mich eine große Freude zu sehen, mit welchem Engagement und welcher Herzlichkeit hier gearbeitet wird.

Ich bin stolz, Teil der niu-Familie zu sein, und freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im the niu Leo. Vielen Dank für alles – Ihr Lächeln, Ihre Moral, Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Ihre positive Ausstrahlung haben meinen Urlaub bereichert.

Absolutely excellent service from booking in to leaving and Ravishin needs a call out as he was key to delivering this level of service. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above expectations.
I loved the room, the atmosphere and everything, in fact all the staff need calling out

Good nice big room

Was a nice big room with a lot of comfort but TV I prefer bigger
The shower very nice and good
The bed should have a mattress for 2
The heating is not clear where to regulate the temperature

After a long drive, check in was a super easy. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The rooftop terrace was so convenient and the view was great. The lobby is so open and inviting and the front desk staff super helpful. Downside, unable to connect apple products to the TV for screen share.
