Where to begin. 1. shower - mold - poor system - half glass door so water went all over the floor. 2. Poor internet 3. Yoga ball but no coffee maker? 4. No ice bucket 5. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken anyway 6. staff (night) refuses to address noise - checked out early that night - staff did not care. 7. Elevator broken couldn't get to lower lobby. 8. Parking fee - for uncovered lousy lot out in the open.
This hotel tries to be trendy rather than a hotel. Needs to get back to basic needs and train staff to be HELPFUL to it's customers. There is a Holiday Inn Express one block up - do yourself a favor - go there....

The Even Hotel in Omaha has been my place to stay for the last 5 years. the rooms are always very comfortable, large and so clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location works for me quite well.

My biggest issue was my stay was the bathroom had this ridiculous sliding door that didnt even lock or anything. Who the heck thought a sliding door on a bathroom where privacy is the number one most important item was a good idea? On top of that there was no shower door, just a single pane of glass that only covered the shower head and drain. Plus I had to pay $15 for parking and I was only there for 1 night.

I had a terrible time at your hotel. You were understaffed so it took me 25 minutes to even check in. The elevators were terribly slow and the buttons barely worked. There was no coffee available at 7a.m. which is not that early or late to have coffee. I would've used the instant coffee machine but that was broken too. The ice machine was also broken on my floor to add to the long list of broken equipment. I also should've been notified that I had to pay to park in addition to that fact that it was $15 dollars a night which is outrageous considering that I'm already paying for a room.

Beautiful hotel with great lighting for business travelers and writers. Love the exercise equipment in the room that correlates with exercise videos on the tv. Exceptional mattress. Luxury room and spa like bathroom. ULTRA CLEAN which is a priceless asset! Love the staff. Countless thanks to Alyssa, Jarvis, Cat, Ryan, and Ronni. The staff makes this hotel a 5 (out of 5) Star Hotel. Vielen Dank!

I spent the last year fighting cancer. Finally I’m able to take my family on a vacation. We arrive at the hotel after promising my four-year-old we are going swimming . I get in the pool and quickly realize somebody has went to the bathroom in there and I have stepped in it and it is all over me. I immediately go to the front desk after a conversation the best as I get is sorry we’re going to have to close down the pool. I keep calling IHG corporate and the hotel with no help by the way I’ve been a diamond member for 15 years.
I’m sorry before the diamond it was spire what a joke. I’ll stay 100 nights a year they don’t care..

The EVEN hotel in Omaha has a great location, was clean, staff was friendly. Only down side was the street noise. Off street parking was easy to use. I would recommend staying here especially if you are into fitness.

I booked a stay here on points to enjoy a night in Omaha, however when I got in the room it was horrible. I’m highly allergic to dust mites and within minutes of being in the room I broke out in hives. The curtains were ripped, there was pet hair on headboard, there were some big stains on the curtains, there was a pieces of glass in the bathroom, everything was so dirty and we had to checkout immediately. The front desk people were very friendly and said they couldn’t check me out same day, but would reimburse my points. I have pictures/video if anyone cares to see it.

The beds were super comfortable and 2 kings were perfect with 2 teenagers. Bryan at the bar was so nice and made us great drinks and helped order food for our surly teens. I love the workout extras in the room and the products in the bathroom

Estacionamento fácil, check-in e check-out fáceis. É fácil chegar à área do Old Market. Recomendaria pela facilidade de localização e limpeza do hotel. estadia aqui novamente. Não teve quaisquer problemas com a nossa estadia.

Excelente estadia, excelente localização no centro da cidade de Avis, super limpa e moderna. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos. É fácil ir a pé até aos pontos de interesse do centro da cidade
