First impression was misleading

The room was very nice and the staff was also nice. The lobby and breakfast area was however under construction and it was not a pleasant breakfast experience. Food quality was also sub par.
Lounge staff were awesome,food was spot on,bartender and traine were great

Great comfortable rooms with a staff that was willing to go the extra mile. Everything was clean and the rooms had a lot of room. The only thing was the food service and the food was not up to par for the price they had on the different breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again

The exercise equipment in the rooms and the size of the actual exercise room on the main level was amazing. I wish I could have taken advantage of these items. The colors used for the hotel were very pleasing. The bed and the linens (cooling type material) were awesome, I wanted to take the bed and linens home with me.

I'll go on record as saying I'm assuming that the hotel is under renovation but it's just not my cup of tea so to speak.
The exercise equipment in the open lobby was disturbing - thank goodness there wasn't anyone working out on the gear while I was there at least. Nothing appealing about entering into a room full of sweaty bodies.
The room was spartan out of an Steelcase yearbook of laminate and crome. I travel constantly and use my laptop so when the desk is completely covered by microwave and coffee maker it's tough to get work done. The exercise equipment in my room, including a bouncy ball, just wasn't for me. If I wanted to exercise I guess I could go into the lobby? More annoying was that the ball always seemed to be in the way. I seriously thought about punting it down the hall but the sand in the bottom made it tough to get good air.
The housekeeping wasn't up to the standards I would expect from IHG - the dirty towel from the morning was left on the floor exactly where I left it when I got back that night. A fresh towel was added, so that's good at least. The bed looked like the covers had been tossed back into place with little to no thought of actually making the bed, only straightening it out.
Food was poor - no way about it. For $14, I got some cold eggs on a hamburger roll with some sort of gummy bacon at the bottom. The coffee didn't even come with a refill. Admittedly the young man at the counter was very nice, polite and smiled a lot but his enthusiasm couldn't overcome what was a disappointing meal.
I'm going on the theory that since this was my first time in an EVEN hotel property, I'm not their demographic. I don't do yoga (mat provided in the room) and the closest I get to working out in a hotel gym is... well walking by the equipment in the lobby.
Nonetheless, I have to admit I was disappointed.

Sorry. Didn't like it. Lobby was uninviting - checked into a work out room rather than a relaxing, welcoming lobby.
I'm puzzled by the palette. Colors are bleak throughout. Cold, not relaxing.
Would never bring my family to EVEN.
The lack of option killed it for me. It's one thing to offer the wellness approach (which is a great, value-added option), and quite another to dictate it to guests.

Good location for attending football game. New and clean with very comfortable bed. Expensive for what you get but all the hotels price gouge on football weekends.

Caught this property on the tail end of renovation and changing flags. Lots going on so difficult to give a review of finished product. Very clean design all around but lacked some warmth and comforts I like. Overall did not feel like it was a good overall value considering the alternatives.

Nice new rooms. Bathroom stocked with liquid soaps. Mood lighting was an added feature in the bed area
