This property is not as advertised. They do not have the equipment in the room to complete a workout in your room and refused to make it like the posted pictures. I was distraught because working out in my room was the only reason I chose to stay there. They said it is no longer part of their brand. When I was there the only working ice maker was in the Café downstairs and the microwave is downstairs at the front door. The hotel is heated by forced air which has to run constantly and still the room will not get warm. I woke up cold and with a very hoarse throat, after a night of not being able to get comfortable. There was only one working elevator when I was there, so it took about 15 minutes to get to my room on the upper floor. While, I was there it was a construction zone with loud noises, dusty debris and cords you had to step over. The only compensation they gave me was a breakfast coupon. The morning I used the coupon, it was a construction zone with loud noises and they decided to move the TV during our breakfast. It was crazy! Management ignored me and did nothing to make it right. Absolutely WORSE hotel stay of my life and I travel regularly for work. It is surprising that IHG allows this hotel to be part of their brand. I was a victim of their false advertising and feel as if I was robbed by staying there. Beware!

I love the concept of a fitness-oriented hotel. One negative: the bathroom has one of those barn doors. My wife loves me, but she does not want to hear me poop. Install normal doors!

I stayed at the hotel a number of times before the pandemic and that was always OK. This stay was a little different. The elevator broke down when I was there but that can happen. But it seems the bedsheets in my room were not fresh. They looked like somebody had already slept in the bed, there was some dirt on the (looked liked dried blood) and I also found hair in the bed. In addition, it was not possible to shut down the AC which was extremely noisy. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Its clean, its not great due to aging infrastructure, all power plugs were very loose and worn requiring me to bend the prongs on all of my devices to charge, etc. The room safe did not function, one of two elevators were down and the one left working would turn off floor 2 indicator bypassing the floor leaving the guest waiting on the second floor waiting.

I asked to send me a copy of the bill to my email and never received. It billed more than expected for parking too.

My stay at Even Hotel, Rockville was excellent. The price is low. The experience nice is like a 5-star hotel. I recommend everyone to come as this is a low budget hotel
