good overall but the front desk person was rude on the phone and in person.
everything else was impressive this just shows the importance of having good people without attitudes as it detracts from everything else that went well.

All the customer service employees were helpful, friendly and very professional. The hotel was clean and in great shape. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. It was one of the best hotel experiences in a long time.

I wish there was a coffee maker in the rooms. Bed are comfortable and pillows are good. Slept very well, a good location and easy to get to. Wish there was a few more options for breakfast like a waffle maker or sausage and bacon. Overall stay was great and we would stay here again.
Could not get a goodnights sleep!

Walls are so thin, bring ear buds! A/C wouldn't stay at proper temperature. Electricity went out and CPAP would not work. Breakfast options were great. Staff were nice.

IHG properties are Always clean and have friendly staff. Check in is simple as check out. Just wish you would have Keto friendly food items on the breakfast menu. Coffee was good!

Should have been indicated that room is bare bones. No furniture, no coffee maker, no closet for hanging items, no carpet, etc. Should be noted when booking.

The hotel was pretty good but the management needs revamped. They allowed the hotel to be used and viewed as a hangout for drunks right in the front door. Zero class.

The place was very clean. Service was great. Breakfast could have been better but overall the food was good. Liking the European flair. Definitely will stay here if we come back up this way. The girls at the front desk greeted and very polite . Asked us if we needed anything but very accommodating

good hotel if you want a place to sleep bad if you want more than just a place to sleep. Good location, but it on the map program, because it is not a street in the map. Staff was always present and attentive.

First time staying at Avid. Rooms are good, slightly small but the bed is comfortable and bathroom is large. Good spread for breakfast, very clean hotel and staff is very friendly!

The bathroom and room were very clean! The bed was sooo comfortable. It was very hot outside but the AC worked great! The coffee at breakfast was AMAZING... every cup is fresh ground. To be a grab and go breakfast there was a wide variety of choices. Our group was large and there was something for everyone.
