Avid was the best hotel I think I ever stayed in. First, it was so quiet that people who brought pets you couldn’t hear dogs barking cause rooms are sound proof. Plus the beds to me were soft but not too soft I believe they are just what they should be. Ryan who checked us in he was very polite and went over everything with us and asked if we stayed with them before. Made sure we knew everything. He was absolutely amazing person. Always had coffee in the lobby. Hotel Had table and chairs in the lobby as well outdoors if you wanted to sit downstairs and sit and talk with company. They also have a marketplace in the hotel lobby to buy snacks and prices were reasonable. Had a nice pool and fitness room. Breakfast at the hotel was very good compared to some other hotels. I would stay there again with no second thought.
Staff / hotel were great, but I'd never stay again

This location is great and the staff were too. But until they remove the darn occupancy sensor for the room HVAC I will never stay again! It is ridiculous and the ONLY reason I will NEVER stay at or recommend this property. The main purpose by far to stay at a hotel is to get a good nights sleep. And this ruined any chance of that. It made the room too hot by several degrees when we stopped moving and went to bed. Hard to sleep when the room is sweaty hot, even though it cools down temporarily when you get up to trigger the sensor.

Hadn't planned to stay here but got stuck here due to car trouble. Staff was great and super helpful in getting us connected to some interesting things to do while here. Hotel is clean, breakfast good, good wifi and bonus, a bank of Tesla Electric Vehicle Superchargers are right next door.

Super friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was so comfortable. They serve a nice little breakfast in the morning, or you can grab something to take with you. When traveling for work quite offen I will drive out of the way just to stay here. The location is great. About 3 miles from a large shopping center and plenty of places to eat or get a drink.

Ashley and Brian were fantastic!! Super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us checked in early and made sure we had everything we needed! This is definitely a location I would return to again just because of them!

The rooms were perfect. When the included breakfast was available, I found that the scrambled eggs were okay. The one IHG hotel had fried eggs. It would be nice to have a choice. I liked that this hotel offered almond milk. Not all offer this.
This was a great last minute find in Billings, MT!

Very nice hotel with a great vibe. Lyric, the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. We ended up booking this hotel last minute after booking at another chain and found the property and room to be unacceptably bad. I’m so glad we found it and will for sure try other Avid hotel!
