Beds need some work

The hotel was decent, but nothing like other IHG hotels I've stayed in. The bed was terrible, and neither of us slept well. The first thing we said to each other after good morning, was "this bed sucks." Aside from that the room was very small. One small chair at a "desk" at the foot of the bed. If anyone was sitting there, no one could pass through. Overall, decent hotel, but pricey for what we got. Not a typical IHG room in my opinion.

This is a newish property that is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We consider it a great value for us when looking for an overnight stay enroute to a destination. It's an excellent value for those on a budget. A good price when compared to other properties in the general area.

Comfortable enough. Avid hotels are nice for a night, but a tough vacation/extended stay. Low staff. Rooms very clean, but wear and tear shows. Sparking water didn't work. Their pools are always small/bad, and no hot tub.

I felt like was being taken care of very well! Staff was always friendly and helpful; coffee was always available, and it was good; housekeeping kept my room supplied and towels folded for my return in the evening; good assortment of food for breakfast and also tasted good. There was a shuttle to and from my class each day. I was thankful to not hear any sounds during sleeping hours! Not even the planes over head, which were many.

Excellent breakfast and clean room. Free parking is a plus but I wish there was a free shuttle to the airport.

Honestly I’m glad I stayed here I arrived really late in the night and amazing attitude while checking in I loved the room because it was comfortable, clean kid friendly. I’m glad I stayed here I will do it again

I recently stayed at this location to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful!!
