This wasn’t my favorite IHG hotel, but it was ok for the value. Overall, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would have liked the rooms to be a tad bit more up to date with technology as far as plugs for devices. Overall, it’s great for its value. Plus, I enjoyed being near the shopping centers and food places. ❤️

Hotel was clean inside and outside.
Service was great.

We were very friendly welcomed upon entering. Hostess was very helpful about places to eat and nearby locations.
The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. We travel a lot and this was the best bed we've found!

The hotel is in a really quiet area. No stragglers in sight. The check in process was quick and easy. Jay was the clerk. (I think that's what the name tag said.) He was so nice and welcoming. The room was great!

I have stayed multiple times for 7 days at a time. The room has always been clean, well maintained, and stocked. If anything was needed, such as a specific cooking utensil, the staff has always been helpful. Renovation has been ongoing but has never been disturbing. Retail stores and restaurants are all within minutes. Highly recommend!

I didn’t see anything about renovations going on, because if I had I would have never booked at that location. They were working in the room right above me. We woke up to something or someone sounding like it was coming through the ceiling and this was all before 7AM both mornings. The ONLY mirror was in the bathroom. No ice machine available we were told to turn the one in the refrigerator, however it never made ice. I have yet to receive my comp points for any of the inconveniences. I will be very mindful in booking the next time.

We booked for a king room and they gave us a queen but we didn’t complain. We also would liked to have a full body mirror in the room. The customer service and staff were amazing! There was always a smiling face at the front desk.

Upon arriving at the hotel, you could tell it was old and outdated. There were certain parts of the hotel where plastic hung in the hallways blocking off the other half. I’m not sure if it was under construction or what. When we walked into the room, it smelled like a dog. There was mud all over the floor, hair on the floor, and dirt everywhere. It looked like they didn’t vacuum at all. The beds were very extremely uncomfortable as well. I wouldn’t stay here again. One and done for sure. I usually love candlewood so I was very disappointed.
