Thank you to whoever did the 1 star review for beds being too soft because the beds were perfect for me. I can't sleep on firm beds. I even slept in.. Although the motion sensor lights in the bathroom need to go and lights are a bit bright when going in the middle of the night.

First time at an avid. Staff was super friendly. Loved the 24hr coffee/tea. Nice snack selection in lobby. Room VERY clean. The only complaint..... THE BED!!! way too soft and very uncomfortable and didnt care for the smell of feather pillows. Was actually a very disappointing nights sleep .

Had a really good stay here. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, but what stood out most was the staff — absolutely outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly.
The room was quiet and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.
Staff was very responsive and friendly.

We arrived at 11:45 on a Thursday because we were done our project very early compared to a normal day. They told us check-in was 3:00. pm. We said we know but would really like to get to our rooms and she told us we could check back in 45 minutes and she would be sure we had rooms. We came back in an hour and all 3 of us had our rooms to check in.

When I got to the hotel, there was a problem with the reservation I had made through the app. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and we got it straightened out and I had a great stay as I always have when I am there on business. The staff is wonderful and everything is always immaculate.

This was my first time staying at a Avid Hotel. Super nice inside. Only thing was the window was super dirty on the outside.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk clerk, rooms were very clean and comfortable, proximity to the airport gave us the time we needed to avoid traffic congestion the following morning and not miss our flight, McDonald’s was right next door, walking distance, for a late night meal. Carowinds Amusement Park’s entrance was approximately a mile from the hotel. I highly recommend your stay.

Unacceptable sitting down for breakfast and watching front desk attendant for 20+ minutes play on her cell phone and take a personal call on her cell phone in the open all while trash can outside was overflowing and beer bottles were sitting on a table outside. Poor and lasting impression received of this property as a result
