Clean and updated hotel, tv was nice you could stream whatever you wanted on it. Has everything you could need. I loved the location as well. Would stay again for sure

Goldie greeted me at the front desk. She noted that my husband was using a cane and had injured his shoulder. She offered to have someone assist me to get my luggage to the room. (Several times) I was very grateful,

This IHG property has the basics like refrigerator in the room, and coffee is in lobby.

The room was poorly maintained and dirty, although when we neutered it smelled like it was just cleaned with some type of cleaning solutions. It was strong when we entered. One of my keys didn’t work that evening so when I went to the desk the next day to have it activated, she told me that the room we stayed in all night wasn’t the room we were in. She said “that room is empty”. I told her that is absolutely was not and all my stuff and my teens were in the room at that moment. My concern is what if they had assigned someone else that room, while we were in there. That is not ok. I was a lone woman traveling alone with teens, how unsafe for visitors. Also, the breakfast is lacking compared to other hotels in the IHG hotels I have stayed at. Overall I am unhappy with this hotel and would not recommend.

I was an amazing experience. We arrived late evening checked in they offered directions for dinner. In the morning they insisted on us staying for some type of breakfast, checked us out during that and then offered directions to our next location. Amazing!

Staff don’t listen

I understand that to keep costs down, the cleaning crew doesn’t need to clean every room every day. But when a request is made, they need to clean and restock the room. Then when they don’t do it, don’t make excuses for yourself and ask why it was needed anyway.

We were treated like family. Goldie was very friendly and went the extra mile to see that everything was to our liking.

One word is all I need to say “Goldie!” Goldie greater is at our car as my dad is handicap and offered to assist in bringing in our luggage. She seemed to do it all and got us checked in as well. She absolutely spoiled my dad and the service and room were really nice as well.

The door mechanism was loose. There was some type of latex smeared under the sink. The shower wall have a long groove from side to side. No carpet on the floors, just fake wood. Some type of robust games going on in the lobby late into the night. I asked for a room close to the elevator but one wasn't available so they gave me one at the end of a hall because it had an access door to the parking lot. Said door was blocked by a trash can with a sign that said the glass would fall out if used.

Hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location. Building could use some updates—for example, the smoke detector in room was dangling from the ceiling and not attached. Breakfast was quick and had a lot of good options.
