Staff wasn’t all that friendly and breakfast was extremely sad. Parking was not very secure, and the neighborhood was rough—not easy to walk to anything. I worried about all the items in my car the entire night (I was moving so car was jam-packed). Had to pay for drinking water —- this is the only hotel in all of Mexico where I was required to do so. Room was nice though, despite it being on a busy road and me hearing the traffic. I enjoyed the view! Couldn’t figure out air con until morning but that’s just me. The lobby is very nice —great to hang out in.

Esta estadía salió de lo normal. La habitación que se mme asigno de origen de entrada era de 2 camas cuando se solicito de 1 cama, la regadera no contaba con agua caliente, por o que se me asigno una nueva habitación, la cual era para personas con capacidades diferentes, lo cual hacia algo incomodo algunas actividades e la habitación, sobretodo en el baño. Las habitaciones son demasiado frias y los A/C no cuentan con calefacción ni el hotel cuenta con calentadoores para mejorar el confort de las mismas. Se ha perdido la biennvenida como parte del programa IHG.

Excellent hotel the only issue i had was with staff. Twice i had to mention an issue/breakdown with the coffee machine and they seemed bothered and reacted by saying its not broken i just need to press the right button. When i told her i know how to use the machine I'm just letting you know the powder creamer is pouring out the sides she seemed bothered. Housekeeping staff was very friendly the only issue was front desk.

Everything was great but the breakfast overall had no protein offered toast with no butter or jelly. The coffee was horrible. Very watered down.

A very new and much needed hotel in the area. The hotel is clean with a modern decor. The rooms are spacious comfortable with all the amenities necessary to make your stay comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Este hotel siempre me ha encantado por ser el mejor de la ciudad, sin embargo, esta ocasión, esta ultima ocasión siento que hubo mucho que mejorar, desde lo complicado que fue para reservar (se hicieron varios cambios por errores en la misma), la bienvenida no fue tan agradable como siempre (no fue descortes, pero no fue con la misma magia de siempre), se solicito salida tardia y la respuesta fue que no habia disponibilidad (nuevamente, no fue la negativa sino las formas de transmitirlo). Ojala puedan recuperar esa chispa, esa forma de hacer sentir especial a los huespedes que somos recurrentes y fieles a este recinto para hospedarnos.

The hotel is centrally located to everything. The breakfast is decent with hot and cold options. A couple of restaurants are located on the same property. Air conditioning, hot water and Wi-Fi worked well.

For the buck, you receive more for your bang. Starting with the friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff to the door person. Very clean, safe, and located in center of major to do spots. The breakfast togo and tasty coffee, started the day off perfect.

From the time I arrived at Avid I was treated with respect. The staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The front desk morning agent did everything in her power to book me a hotel for that night at my expected destination.
If ever I travel thru Fresnillo I will definitely stay there.

After arriving to Fresnillo and ti the hotel, we were allowed to leave our luggage mes time the room was ready. Excellent service on the luggage but also let in us in before the check in given I was traveling with elderly. Staff very helpful and resourceful. I love my stay.
