From check-in to checkout, our stay at this clean, comfortable hotel was positive. The woman who checked us in was friendly and had a great sense of humor.
Our pet friendly room was located at the end of a hall, conveniently located near an outside door for taking our dog out for potty breaks.
The room layout was well-planned, with hooks on the wall (and a few hangers) instead of a closet and 2 padded benches with storage (and a small refrigerator). The beds were very comfortable (I prefer a firmer pillow though). The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with a large glass door/wall. I’d love to have this shower in my home!

The AC worked great and was very quiet. Did I mention the huge TV mounted on the wall?

There was no microwave in the room, but we just used the one in the breakfast area in the evening to reheat some takeout.

Breakfast included hot and cold options - scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. Coffee, ground and brewed on demand, was available 24/7.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a well-behaved pet (or no pet) and will stay here again if we’re in the area.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff that we interacted with were professional and helpful. The decor was clean and bright and modern.
Nice features in the room were motorized shades, spacious room with very comfy beds and pillows. Lots of hooks for clothes etc. Everything was new and in great condition. Didn't hear noise from any other guests. Two elevators made the waits short for one.
Shower was great with lots of hot water and great water pressure.
Breakfast had nice options with items kept stocked full and hot foods were hot.

The room we were assigned was so small. It was just big enough for the king-size bed with just a narrow path around the bed. Based on the pictures on your site, we were assigned the smallest one, which I did not note when I reserved the room. I appreciate the modern take on the future of hotels, but this didn't meet my expectations. I was also not able to use my rewards. We liked the bathroom, which was a good size with a walk in shower. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice.

Spent five days in the dells. The hotel was just something affordable, had no idea it would turn out to be a great experience. I loved how centrally located the hotel is. Lots of options for places to eat, and play. Also love the kwik trip is so close. The staff were so friendly, and we weren’t bothered during our stay. Was very happily surprised at how quiet the hotel was both day and night. I will recommend this place to anyone! And we will be staying here in the future!

This is a very nice hotel. The only thing I noticed was the shower door would allow water to get on the floor due to the way it is made. But it was an easy clean up.

Clean and modern room with super comfortable beds. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing at the end of the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of free breakfast food offered.

This was our first time in an avid location and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was easy to get to and was located near area attractions and activities as well as the convention center. They pride themselves on the cleanliness of the property and it shows. There are only two types of rooms - 1 king or 2 queens and there aren't microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms but we didn't really miss them as there was a microwave and coffee available in the lobby. The rooms are modern but not overly large but are ideal for a couple or solo traveler looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and quality place to stay. As a travel advisor I would feel confident booking clients here for a stay in the Dells area.

We made a cross country roadtrip and stumbled upon the Avid Wisconsin Dells for our first overnight stop. I had never heard of this brand but we were blown away by the value and everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, good breakfast. Everything we needed after a long day of driving. We were so impressed we looked for Avid hotels throughout our journey. Hope they expand to more states!
