Simple, modern and clean hotel -- granted no frills. The room was clean and simple. Hotel seemed brand new when we stayed in Summer 2024. There is no pool, but is walking distance to Kalahari. We walked to Great Wolf Lodge, but that is a further walk that most would not do.

The complimentary breakfast is more basic than you'll see at a Holiday Inn Express, but that's normal for this Avis line of hotels.

The best AVID I have stayed at thus far! The staff was SUPER nice and welcoming, parking lot was huge. The gym was exactly what I remembered, and the breakfast in the AM was the most clean and efficiently ran breakfast area I have ever seen at an IHG property. This hotel was located nearby lots of restaurants, and was a 7 minute drive to the waterparks. I will 100% be coming back in the future visits. Great work by the staff at this location!

State of the art design and cutting edge on all the technology down to the coffee being grinding coffee machine in the lobby. Everything was impeccably clean the front desk lady was amazingly nice and informative. The Dells is a huge place with many many things to do and she handed us lots of information on things in the area that we used.

We stayed here in the past and the experience was wonderful. I just don't know what happened this time. We checked-in and took our belongings to the room and left immediately for our outing. Unfortunately after returning from our outing we discovered the bedding was dirty and not changed. I told the hotel staff about the problem requested gloves and clean bedding for the room which my sister and I changed ourselves. The next morning I was able to speak to a housekeeping supervisor and show her what we experienced with the room.

I usually am skeptical when going to hotels n such but this place was amazing! Very clean. Awesome staff. Rooms were amazing. Only downfall was the other guests. Made a mess of the breakfast area. But no control over that. I'd recommend this place any day.

The hotel over all is average, it was clean, they had a free breakfast but is not as robust as others in the same range, staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable of the processes. The best thing about the hotel is how close it is to everything while not being difficult to get in and out and this is most important to us, the ability to have up to 2 80lb dogs. We have on big boy and that was most important on our list. It's not the nicest or the fanciest but it did what we needed it to do. Over all it's ok.

My review is amazing. I love this place. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this is one of the best ever.
