The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and facilities were excellent. The hotel offered many activities and also had live music and happy hour.
My stay was wonderful & did not have any issues. T

I was overjoyed to find out at check-in that my room had been upgraded due to being a member - The staff were incredibly friendly, always at hand to help. And as I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, the Hotel staff had a birthday cake sent to my room which was so kind!
The view from our balcony was outstandingly beautiful.
We unfortunately did not eat at the restaurant or had breakfast, however the surrounding area was lovely and had a few local restaurants/cafes to choose from - all extremely delicious.
Thank you for making my birthday one to remember - I hope to see you again soon!

A Perfect Last Night Stay in Phuket

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before flying out, and it turned out to be the perfect final stop on our trip. Although we’re just a couple, this hotel is also ideal for families looking to relax.To our surprise, we were upgraded to a spacious suite with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the large TV with Netflix made it perfect for a chill. At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Gafew at the reception. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, and kindly arranged a late check-out for us.which made a big difference since our flight was later in the day.
We also had a meal at the hotel restaurant. The Pad-Thai is amazing!!! Excellent cheff the taste my boyfriend keep saying about the taste!! Although there was a small issue with our food order, Ms. Yayee handled the situation very professionally and calmly. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I can say she truly did a great job smooth and efficient. She turn the tables and recover the service.Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service. We hope to visit again soon!

I booked this property for my honeymoon , the property is just amazing and best ! Thanks to property manager Ms. Aivy who treated us like family ! Can’t thank her and the hotel staff enough! The hotel is very close to Surin beach and for sure 1 day in property is not enough as there are many activities! Thanks team for making every bit memorable for me

From the moment we stepped into Holiday Inn Resort Surin Beach, we felt completely taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were so warm and helpful. The real gem? The kids’ room—an absolute dream for families with little ones!
We originally requested to move rooms because we were traveling with a toddler and didn’t want a long walk… but to our surprise, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite! I hadn’t even told them it was my birthday, but they noticed from my profile and surprised me with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch.
Every staff member we met was genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast was great, the gym was a bonus, and the whole vibe of the resort made us feel relaxed and happy.
I can’t recommend this place enough—especially for families. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back again.

I stayed here alone but my main impression was that this hotel is exceptionally good for families, it has a lot of facilities for children that other hotels just don't have, In addition to water slides and a kids club / playroom. They have an ice cream bar in the hotel reception and telephone kiosks around the pool area for kids to call up for an ice lolly. The location is one of the best,20-30 mins from the busy tourist hub of Patong but close to the upmarket bars and restaurants in bang Tao. Also, only 2-3 mins walk to Surin Beach, one of the most natural beaches in Phuket.

Very good stay. You have beach, shops and massage walking distance. Mon at chek in was very nice (keep this person on mind for future promotions). I have no doubts to recommend this resort to anyone.

By far the worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were acceptable but the service was awful. Everything was very slow service from ordering a single drink from the bar that took 30 minutes (just one simple drink) and then the restaurant and room service took couple of hours. Front desk said breakfast was included and turned out that it wasn’t. Bad overall.
VACATION Getaway

The walk to the beach will take you 3-5 minutes. It's a breath taking view as my wife and I would always do our beach walks after we worked out.
The room is always clean. The Staff are very helpful the best way they could.
What I liked most of the location is the fact that there are shops nearby in case you need something.
HUGE Shoutout to Yhani- the Hotel Manager for the upgrade. We stayed at bldg3 on the first couple of days, and we're in awe with the new room she gave to us, it's very spacious, closer access to the pool and to the gym.
OVERALL Experience is Great. The only thing I wish this Hotel had is an A/C'd dining area co'z it gets vey hot and the fact that it's not yet the peak of the summer season.
