Very clean, great breakfast, awesome hospitality, great lighting in the parking lot, love the walk in shower, the check in staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast staff were very attentive, I highly recommend the hotels.

if looking for a place to stay for a few days and don’t want to spend a lot of money and still have the same comfort this is the place. It was quiet and clean. I came down late in the evening and there was a group of teenagers in the lobby that was actually quiet and respectful. Staff was nice and pleasant. The grab and go breakfast was good.

Very clean & new. No coffee in room (guess this is a new thing :/ ) Staff was OUTSTANDING! Upgrade to a larger room, due to satus-no attempt. Good thing it was only one night and I was solo. Better luck, next time-if there is a next time.

Very nice and clean hotel. The host at check in was a nice, courteous and welcoming gentleman. Didn’t get his name but he was very welcoming and left a good impression on me. I have booked about 4 more nights in the next 2 weeks at this hotel because I enjoyed my first stay. WiFi was great throughout my stay and never lost connection. Breakfast was okay and standard. Rooms were clean. Shower pressure could be better on the 4th floor but it wasn’t bad. I wish they had a microwave in a common area of every floor so guest didn’t have to come down to the lobby to warm up their food but that’s the only 1 thing I would change.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the avid Plano North. Thr staff was very kind and courteous. Always willing to help with a smile. The location was excellent and convenient to everything I needed for our trip. I'll be returning next time I'm visiting family in the area!
