自驾前往，周边环境不错，温泉很棒，酒店内早餐和晚餐餐食一般。服务人员态度好，热情周到！

There is transport from Qionghai station to the property. Even though they have email on their website, email is not responded or replied. Booked their shuttle from Qionghai station to property one week before the trip via email, but no respond. Send another email 1 day before departing again, still no reply. Ended up we took the DIDI to the property instead.
When i reached the property, mention regarding the email and shuttle. They mention should call them; they don't respond to emails. So, for tourist who doesn't have a local line, we will not be able to reach them. Then what's the email for?
Checking in was smooth, room is clean and big. Guess the room is the only thing good about the property.
Our stay was unfortunately marred by consistently poor service from the staff. Front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Our concerns were often dismissed or ignored.
Property facilities like swimming pool and hot bath was not well maintained. Rust, broken tiles could be seen.
Overall the property could be better.

This is not a place for someone who only speaks English. The entire signage on entering the Lobby is in Chinese and it continues throughout the Building. Only mandatory information has English attached.
房锁没电、阳台门关不上、餐厅管理混乱

半夜湿漉漉的回去。房锁因为没电开不了门。修了半个多小时修好了。躺下来，发现阳台门又关不上，听隔壁小区狗叫了一晚上。实在睡不着，坐在阳台上听狗叫，看月亮，数星星，喂蚊子。餐厅服务员使劲的推荐套餐，菜上一个都舔干净盘子了，下一个还没上。一边舔盘子，一边等。

官塘假日飯店服務超出了我們的預期。 所有的員工都非常友善並且有很大的耐心和考慮因素。 酒店距離著名的白石嶺公園只有5分鐘步行路程。 我們在酒店享用了午餐晚餐和早餐所有供應的食物都超級物超所值。 當然我們很喜歡這裡的游泳池和十幾個溫泉。

官塘假日是这次海南之行最惊喜的一家酒店，各式温泉、石板浴泡着非常舒服。网红吉他泳池也非常不错，很出片，周边环境非常好，还有晃晃主题乐园，可玩性非常高，晚上还有灯光秀，非常适合带小朋友来度假，儿童活动也挺丰富。餐饮也很不错，中餐厅味道好，餐厅服务员胡少玲非常热心，帮忙点菜，口味很不错！服务超赞！整体官塘假日体验很棒，值得推荐！

Vicky,Spring,Daisy,Henry,Nicky,Ariel,Ann sophia,Alex,Luna,Betty,Jasmine他们都非常的奈斯，服务非常专业，点一个大大赞赞值得一来环境也非常好，好多好玩的亲子项目非常适合小朋友来玩，还可以游泳放松放松，真的太适合度假了推荐推荐

這家飯店的設計和清除率非常棒 員工訓練有素並且能夠處理問題和解決問題。 考慮到位置餐廳太有限應該有更多選擇或至少當時開放所有場地。 大廳的遊戲機更像是作弊機你永遠無法搶到玩具。 位置非常適合白石嶺。
