Comfortable beds awesome clean and comfy rooms. The checking in was easy and very good. Breakfast was nice as well.
Staff was very cheerful and polite.

Wonderful hotel with 24/7 hot water and coffee. They use real coffee grounds and a proper machine. Unlike Marriott, where they just set out two pots that are often empty, and you have to ask the staff if you want more.

After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to a good night's sleep. On entry to our room, we thought it would work out fine. When putting things in the bathroom, I spotted what I thought was a pen mark on the shower wall, but it turned out to be hairs. I wiped them off and gave them the benefit of the doubt because we were tired. We came back from dinner and pulled back the sheets we found additional hairs. At this point, we were thoroughly grossed out and immediately went to the front desk. They sent the general manager pictures and we were assigned a new room. After inspecting, we settled in with the move of all our articles transferred. We slept, though uncomfortably, with the questions in our minds of how clean this room is.

We expected more of the IHG group of hotels than this and asked for a compensation for our inconvenience. We were given credit towards another stay we have yet to see in over a week. We do not plan on staying in another IHG anytime in the near future.

Hotel was a little difficult to get to due to no signage, but once there everything was wonderful. Room was very nice, had a big bathroom and nice view. Soap dispenser in shower was empty/or wouldn’t work, but I had shower soap, so that was no deal breaker. Bed slept great and was very clean. Great choice.

Good value for the price. Wish breakfast are like other IHG hotels with hot food selections. Although, the hotel address listed is different when you searched it on Google map. You have to type in the name of the hotel instead of the address so I called the hotel staff and asked for directions

Driving home from Florida to Michigan, this was our halfway overnight, pleased to find this hotel was Clean and comtemporary, A little secluded, but great if you want some peace without the hustle and bustle of downtown noise and traffic. Bit disapointed with breakfast as all they served was breakfast sandwiches and cereal boxes and some fruits. but for the price, i guess its understandable, pillows were a but too bulky for my taste.

Best hotel I've stayed at. Simple but had everything you need as a traveler. Breakfast was amazing, bed was my favorite part, and overall was super clean and simple. Loved the concept of this hotel!!!

Overall a nice hotel. Elevator would not go up right away door kept opening and closing randomly . A few body hairs in shower On floor and on ledge in shower Didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Toilet seat was not cleaned either . Pillow. Cases smelled like a sweaty head. Got some new ones at front desk. Smelled a little better

Disgusting Hotel with Careless Staff and Manager

My room was infested with bed bugs and I woke with several bites on my body. When I brought this to the General Managers attention (Christopher at Ringgold GA location) he was rude, careless, provided no pest control report, and denied me a refund for my horrible stay. I would never recommend anyone stay at this location or any IHG hotel as their managers are obviously incompetent.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more in this price range. I highly recommend!!! The breakfast was excellent and beds are so comfortable!!! Book this place and you will not be disappointed!!!
