This is a new hotel with all the comfort of home. The parking lot is well lit, safe and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby area is sparkling clean and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable, rooms are quiet, clean with plenty of lighting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Literally right off the expressway.

Great service all around! I had to move my reservation to due flight delays and cancelations. The people I spoke to the phone were all polite and helpful. Upon arriving, front desk lady had amazing service. When checking out, front desk young man also had great service.

After hours of traffic on I-81 this was a pleasant end to my afternoon. Cool AC and a warm shower. Just a great experience. I had a problem with streaming TV and the staff worked tirelessly to get me connected. I am please with everything.

I wouldn't change a thing. Perfect place to stay. Everything was so clean and perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. By far my all time favorite place I have ever stayed. Hope to stay again

Friendly Kind and fast to help staff. Super clean and most comfortable beds, bedding blackout curtain. I have to travel a Lot for work. I stay in many hotels. I plan on looking for Avid IHG ALWAYS. I'm a Hilton Honors member as well as a IHG member. This was my first stay in this Hotel, now this is the only type of stay i ever want!! I feel spoiled lol and loved it!! Thank you

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, great simple breakfast options and friendly staff.
The hotel lobby is welcoming and I love the 24 hour coffee station.

Staff was not overly concerned I had no hot water. Their response was sorry for the inconvenience!
