Hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. I wish this hotel had a pool. For breakfast serve turkey sausage or bavomalong with the pork sausage and bacon.

This spot was really quaint, the staff was nice and the room was really clean. The room was also of adequate size and style. You get a lot of bang for the buck.

Room was clean but very warm when we arrived. We arrived late but hoped this would have been addressed the next day. It was not addressed and we had to cool the room with a fan that we brought with us.

I really enjoyed my stay at Avid in Summerville, SC. The hotel was centrally located to the highways and nearby restaurants and stores which was a major plus. The facility and room was extremely clean and well stocked with hygiene supply. Beds were clean and comfortable. Loved the variety of breakfast food and drinks. It was great to have access to free coffee and tea, filtered water (both hot and cold), as well as sparkling water throughout the day. The AC worked well in my room and was so thankful for that due to the extremely humid and hot temperatures. This is a pet friendly facility that it did not smell like it at all in my room or throughout the hotel. They had plenty of space for your furry pet to enjoy the outdoors. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced such a wonderful stay for the affordable price. I'll definitely be staying again whether in SC or another state. :)

I purchased a nights stay for an out of town event. Tamara was pleasant on the phone and more so in person. The room was very nice, I liked the shower style and it the room was very clean with a comfortable mattress for me not too soft but just right.

I do a lot of traveling thru the states and ihg are normally where I love staying but this time was a little different.
The front desk person was distracted charged the wrong card and gave me a room which was occupied by other people which was totally embarrassing when I opened the door

Bed was very uncomfortable and cause back issues. Shower was too small. Hotel needs an overhaul.

I had a great experience! Having a home of my own to go to I still only book here when I need some ME/US time a home away from home to relax and unwind a bit. The shades over the window make for a nice dark setting (my fav part)! My room was nice and clean which I never had problems before so that’s a plus! No complaints ever. I will continue to book this hotel as long as it’s up and running!
