Comfortable but, a little bit old

Bath was old, need to be renovated.
Restraunt service was so so, there were a little bit problem in wine list.

Best stay in the land of morning calm.

I visited this property for my family trip, and it was a very pleasant experience. We traveled during the weekday, so the property was very “socially distant”. The lobby reminds me of a mountain lodge, and it also has a nice view of the surrounding mountains.
The rooms were very clean and had a good night sleep on comfy beds.

늘 느끼지만, 침대 덕분에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 잠만 자고 와도 행복하네요.

플레이버스는 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 홀 인원이 부족하여 보였습니다.

Over all, amazing experience. Perfect and would like to come back with my families.
Only thing I want to share is that there is a crack on toilet.
I thought that was a hair but that was a crack.

I know because of covid 19 hotel industry’s are suffering....... x
Being said that I still feel quality of this hotel is going down....
carpet inside the room was filthy couldn’t find normal amenities like pen....... to use microwave we need to go down all the way to front desk when all the restaurant is closed...
Even though hotel was pretty empty we didn’t get offer to a better room..... I’m platinum elite status and I was traveling with ambassador status friend.
I’m just very sad that I can’t travel abroad where I get treated better being IHG member....

I love Intercontinental Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort much. Every staff is very helpful and kind.
Front office always welcomed us and I got benefits like upgrade room, welcome amenity and late check out as Ambassador
member.
Alpensia resort is our family's healing spot. Especially, our kids really like this resort. I'm look forward visiting soon.

Large-size room and good work desk

I decided to stay at this property because of the location during this unprecedented challenging time. This is my third time staying at this property, and I enjoyed the spacious work desk with the direct internet cable, spacious room, and comfortable bed. The outdoor BBQ was a bit expensive since they only had an option for a 3~4-person menu. I hope that the guest in the hotel respects the others. I had encountered that a large group of people came into the elevator and some of them even didn't wear masks. It was too late for me to get out of the elevator and I was very uncomfortable. After this happened, I skipped the lobby and used the additional elevator provided directly from the parking level.

Overall, great service and I will visit again in Fall when the trees change colors.

Regular visitor but this time it was not to par

It would have been nice to know what services were not offered due to Covid-19 ie. the dvds were not available which is one of the reasons why I enjoy visiting this property (could have stayed at the holiday inn resort or suited for a cheaper price if that was case). The staff seemed to be all new and didn’t know a lot about the facility and had to call someone to check whenever i had a question. When returning the hdmi cord the staff seem flustered as to how to note that i had returned it and i had instruct them about a clip board where my name and room number had been recorded the day before.
