Yishang Street is a well-preserved historical commercial street in Huzhou, Zhejiang. With a history dating back over 800 years, it was once a bustling hub for clothing and silk trade (hence the name "Yishang", meaning "clothing"). Nanxun Ancient Town, in Huzhou, Zhejiang, was founded in 1252 with a history over 760 years. A renowned silk town in the Ming and Qing dynasties, its Jili Silk won gold and silver at London’s first World Expo in 1851. Famous for its unique Sino-Western architecture, it has well-preserved ancient residences, gardens and stone bridges like Xiaolian Villa, Jiaye Hall Library and Baijianlou. It holds honors including "World Cultural Heritage" and "National AAAAA Tourist Attraction".
