very nice place with super nice and friendly staff. Ran into a bit of issue with room and staff went above and beyond to help but ultimately it was facility issue that should be addressed. I did not try the breakfast due to time constraints but it looked awesome like at all IHG properties.
Great service, either mattress or the box spring made weird noises while moving in the bed.

Rewards Members and Nights Don’t Really Matter

The management team clearly doesn’t recognize the status and benefits of being an IHG Rewards member. Via IHG directly I booked a room as a rewards nights and in the booking stated no deposit was required. They insisted a deposit had to be made. They ultimately did not charge my card but did check to see if I was still occupying the room at 8:30 in the morning when check out was 12pm. They clearly showed they wanted me out ASAP despite my well earned status. The room itself was clean and a comfortable. The breakfast was lacking options, but good tasting. The location was nice and quiet. The biggest stain on the hotel was front desk staff. Yes a deposit is refunded but it is still unavailable funds for days after a one night stay. That is unacceptable when it was suppose to be a rewards night for my dedicated loyalty to the brand they have chosen to franchise with. I felt so insulted I took videos of the room first thing and last just in case it is needed. I should never feel like I have to do that.
Manager needs to be retrained

Based upon our encounter with Tara, the day manager, we decided to cut our extended stay short by 10 days. She had a disagreement with my wife, and rather than de-escalate the situation or apologize, she doubled-down and insisted that my wife was in the wrong. Regardless, we felt no longer safe at this hotel and checked out the same day having secured a reservation at a nearby hotel for the remaining ten days. We cannot recommend this hotel based upon Tara’s actions and performance. We will be hard pressed to ever stay at another IHG property knowing how poorly trained their management staff appears to handle a customer complaint.
