An incredible hotel with attentive and friendly staff. We actually changed hotels mid way through our holiday to this property and were just so grateful for the hospitality and incredible service, cleanliness and food ! Highly recommend

Mark at the restaurant was amazing, attention to detail and customer service of a different level.
Maple on reception first class. Kind, caring and helpful. Guests are her main priority.
Rahul in Guest Operations was outstanding and always on hand to help.

The villa and the pool are not ultimately private as I requested.
No one replied to my request or even notified me that the villa is not private at all!
I requested twice! When I booked and before 2 days of checking in by phone.
Unfortunately the employee confirmed me that the pool has ultimate privacy! Which isn’t!
I didn’t get any use of the villa!

first of all, I liked this resort regarding the location, breakfast and pool area.
I have a few points which I didn't like:
the lobby is big with less number of chairs, I booked a villa which is expansive, far away and difficult to reach it if you are family, then I changed to suite, but they refused to give with breakfast and refund the extra money.

Worst serviced IHG hotel in have ever visited, don't visit this awful and low level service hotel if you do not want your vacation being ruined. Rooms are not convenient and you need to bring the luggage by walking up and down stairs. The air con directly facing your head made you cold and unconforaltable thorough the whole night. You could easily hear what your neighborhood talking about. Worst service and staffs has insufficient training at all

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and pretty.. location is nice. We stayed in the villas for our honeymoon. Rooms was above average, some minor things to look out for. There is only 1 elevator to get up to the villas and it takes forever. The beds are superbly uncomfortable!

Villa was beyond beautiful and very clean! They decorated the bed with a welcome sign and elephant towel, which I loved! Staff were very welcoming and friendly from first encounter and throughout the whole stay! Restaurant has great food!

I loved this property! We moved here from another hotel as we wanted a better experience in Phuket and Dinso did not disappoint !
A special mention of and thanks to Ms. Maple at the front desk who helped immensely to make us feel welcome , secure me a reservation on the spot and treat me well for being a guest and an IHG member. She helped us get a higher floor room and was very pleasant.
The food and bar, pool were all amazing. Loved every minute of our stay.

Really cool architectural space, feels like being in a videogame platformer set amidst a jungle. Great restaurant and bar. Unique rooms with outdoor baths. I would love to visit again.
