Sundown

Sundown spans 93m² and can cater to groups as small as 27 or as large as 90. Sundown is located on the mezzanine and showcases a warm, neutral palette with plenty of voco™ personality thrown in in pops of navy and yellow.

Piper

Also positioned on the mezzanine level, Piper – named after the Piper Islands National Park in Far North Queensland – offers 80m² and can accommodate up to 90 people in a theatre style, 40 in a cabaret setup or 70 in a cocktail configuration.

Topaz

Topaz boasts sky-high, 3.5m² ceilings and 148m² proportions that can accommodate 60 people in a classroom, 90 in a cabaret and 120 in a theatre style setup. A nearby pre-function area with bespoke painted wall murals and framed prints is also on offer.

Daintree

Daintree features large proportions, accommodating a whopping 350 people in a theatre style. Located on the mezzanine with access to a stylish pre-function area that is oh-so voco. As our second-largest space, Daintree is ideal for corporate conferences.

Grand Chelsea Ballroom

Known around town as the go-to venue for the largest Brisbane events, the Grand Chelsea wows with its palatial 645m² of space. It can accommodate 756 in a theatre-style thanks to its clever combining of Sundown, Piper, Topaz and Daintree rooms.

Chelsea Lane

The perfect blank canvas for any event, Chelsea Lane is our unique all-weather event space adjoining the Grand Chelsea. Its 246m² of space and its smart 6.3-metre-high louvered roof means the space can be enjoyed to the fullest whether the forecast shows.

One of three meeting rooms located on level two, Claremont spans 78m² and caters to up to 80 people in a theatre style. With its adjoining pre-function space where guests can relax or mingle during breaks, Claremont is an ideal room for all-day events.

Maleny’s 92m² can accommodate 27 in a U-shape, 30 in a boardroom or 90 in a theatre style. Guests will appreciate the room’s pre- and post-function space, where vibrant modern art create a refreshing and inspiring environment in which to take a break.

The Palms

The Palms is our largest meeting room on the second floor, spanning 116m². This versatile room can also be made even larger – 287m² – thanks to adjustable walls that open up to include adjoining rooms Claremont and Maleny.

Along with Littabella, Tamborine is our most intimate meeting room and can accommodate 15 to 30 people, depending on the configuration. Its 39m² proportions and convenient position on the ground floor make it a popular choice for team and board meetings.
