Best accessible bathroom I’ve seen so far! The hotel went above and beyond to meet my needs.
There is no carpet which makes it easy to roll for a hoist. The rug in room can be removed if requested.[More]
King bed can be switched for singles. I had one removed to bring my medical bed which made it a little tight on space but still very functional, even with all my equipment.
Room next door can be booked for support team and can close off to be interconnecting if you want. This was super useful for a wheelchair user and provided additional privacy and extra space.
Overall from an accessibility perspective; best hotel experience ever![Less]

Good hotel with exceptional customer service
I usually do not write reviews but I will make an exception on this occasion. I took my family for a week holiday to Queensland. Staying 5 nights @ a 5 star hotel on the Gold Coast and 2 nights at[More] Brisbane. Comparing both my experiences, I must say that Hotel Indigo has significantly better customer service and experience. Olivia R did a fantastic job by making us felt welcome and relax. Check-in was at 3pm however we were there about 2pm. She checked in with house keeping to find out when the room will be ready while sitting us down for a coffee at the cafe. She explained the available facilities that the hotel has to offer and provided some ideas about available parking spots. I found the whole check-in process very refreshing after my stay at a Gold Coast 5 star hotel.
The very next morning when I was at the reception around, Olivia got out of the check-in desk and walk towards me to ask me about my stay and what else they could do to make my stay better. These sort of simple gestures are what makes a standard service - exceptional! I understand it takes a whole team to run a hotel, but I find that Olivia's customer service is a stand out!
The hotel itself has been newly renovated and the room was spacious and very clean. The location is great and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes.
I will definitely be looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.[Less]
Awesome Hotel to have short stay
The hotel is funky and stylish! Very nice and clean place for short stay in here! Parking is not quite easy if traffic is heavy while checking in or out. But overall is good! Hopefully will be the[More] same standard when we come and visit next time! Thanks![Less]
