Very Comfortable a good hotel

I found the Al Khobar-Crown Plaza a very comfortable hotel to stay at, and will stay again. On arrival I greeted by one of the hotel staff with a chilled fruit juice that started the visit very well. The only downside to this stay was the outside building noise that was outside the control of the hotel and a minor administrative error that was quickly resolved by the reception staff. Although a flying visit this time I will stay again. The buffet style sea food restaurant had some very good choices of fish cooked exactly as I wanted, and the evening manger was outstanding, informative and generous with his explanations of what was on offer from the chefs. I find the local paper attached the outside of room door in the mornings a nice touch. The breakfast in exec lounge in the morning was very good and set you up for the day.

Bad Staff Attitude and Behaviour

i was shocked from the performance of the staff in this hotel . They dont care about the stay of their guests . The internet was a disaster in my room i had a critical issues to do from room where i was not able to make them due to the bad connection.
the housekeeping was only fixing the bed and the bathrobe and was keeping the mess behind them.
it took me 30 mins to recieve a small fruit platter and i was shocked by the operator by saying something like " it is ok you can wait"
i tried to be a loyal costumer for IHG and crown plaza espacially . But with such kind of behaviour i will definitly stay in another hotel in khobar.

just a small highlight that i have a very big project with saudi aramco and i will be visiting khobar frequently
