Wuhou Temple was built in commemoration of Zhuge Liang, the Prime Minister of the Shu State during the Three Kingdoms (220–280). In the beginning of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it was merged with the Zhaolie Temple in commemoration of Liu Bei. The temple displays the suppleness of the Chinese garden. There are numerous historical relics founded near the temple.

The hotel is adjacent to the Chengdu Intangible cultural heritage National Park and Chengdu Zhonghai International Community, only 7.6 km from Chengdu Happy Valley and 30 minutes from the nearby scenic spots like Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding, Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.
Don't Go Home Without
There is a Chinese saying "All good foods are found in Chengdu". So you should not go home without tasting the genuine local food. Chengdu cuisine is more daintily and tasty and also it is more meticulous in making and choosing ingredients. Most of Chengdu's local food specialties started out as snacks. They originated in little stands or stalls located on sides of the road.
The distinctive characteristics of Chengdu weather are fog and humidity. There are fewer hours of sunlight per day, and the summer is hotter and the winter is colder than what the temperature shows. The rainy season is usually in July and August with occasional storms. Thus, the best times to pay a visit are March to June and September to November.
