Average Hotel.reception area redone well

This is an average hotel however the staff are really slow and have no idea what is going on. The rooms are ok and you never get upgraded whatever your status at this hotel.

Very Nice Hotel

Stayed in with work for a few days during June 2016.
Room clean and tidy with a very modern lovely bathroom. Room was nicely furnished but could do with the sliding wardrobes being replaced to finish the room off nicely.
Overall a very enjoyable stay and have booked to return next year.

Conference Stay

I stayed here whilst attending a conference. The room allocated was in need of some updating, the windows in particular were misted up and very close to the properties across the side passageway.

The public areas of the hotel were constantly busy and not very relaxing, The restaurant was good for breakfast but evening dinner was in a burger form(primarily) a somewhat restricted menu. Additionally, the background music just added to the general noise. The alternative was a small bar area which served standard foods, but which was far to small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel is somewhat rambling and in need of further updating

This Holiday Inn is very average for the brand. The room I was given was in need of some updating. The public areas of the hotel were often quite crowded and it was difficult to relax in them. The main restaurant offered a burger based fayre, which was good, but somewhat limited. Otherwise a separate menu in a small bar area.

The hotel is in need of some further updating of the rooms to keep up to date with the brand.

we booked to stay in the holiday inn Brighton
to rest after our London to Brighton bike ride and the staff were warm and welcoming.
The room was warm and quiet for our needs
and the bed was soft and perfect

good hotel on the seafront. Spent a couple of million on refurb and money well spent.

Onsite car parking is a bonus, though spaces are limited and a little tight!

Very nice hotel - bed was very comfortable, staff very attentive. good location and central for all town facilities. Breakfast was very good and room large and very comfortable.

Member one night stay

As a long time user of Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels, I felt that the hotel's facilities were not value for money.
There was no bath (just a shower) and car parking is difficult and expensive.

I enjoy staying at the InterContinental Hotels Group and this hotel was no exception.

If there had been a Holiday In Express nearby I would have stayed there instead.

Expecting More

first room very noisy. eventually got moved into a partially revamped room (my choice to accept) least it was quiet.

Very comfy bed

Breakfast was terrible. Got shown to a table and left to it. wasn't explained how it worked.... had to ask same guy who seated me 3 times for coffee. once when he walked past. once when i walked up to get it myself to be told its coming and then a 3rd after 15mins of waiting......

not impressed......

Expected more. just hope next stay in a holiday inn is better......
