Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 The only thing holiday inn about this hotel was the sign on the building It's was poor service from beginning to end As I checked into hotel on the first day I had asked the women at the front desk to extend my stay a few more nights she had told me that I would only be able to get a kind bed with a couch when I repeatedly told her my associate that was staying with me couldn't sleep on a pullout bed for the week and she couldn't accommodate me otherwise. Second problem I had already PAID EXTRA MONEY, for the breakfast when I booked the rooms which was another 20 something dollars, jus for her to make a big deal and give me a hard time about giving me breakfast vouchers for the second guest staying in the room with me, all while I jus want to get into my room and relax. Is that how you treat platinum members ??? Third problem I get into the room, I called the down to the front desk and a man answered I asked him for a refrigerator because I planned on staying for a week, I didn't receive a refrigerator nor did I receive a courtesy call back to tell me he couldn't accomadate me. The following morning we are sitting in the breakfast my associate asks the server for orange juice, she had warned him that it was a one dollar up charge for juice. After she printed out the 30 something dollar bill for the sorry display of a buffet, I presented her with the breakfast vouchers. Then she decided to make a big stink about that I need to present the coupons to the hostess before sitting down. Never in the 15 years I been staying in holiday Inns has this happened and not only has this insult happened, she changed the price for the orange juice from 1 dollar to 2.25 after I had paid for the awful breakfast thru my reservations, what a joke ! Later that evening I was waiting on a package to arrive at the hotel that I had my secretary overnight the day before, I asked my associate to grab the package from the front desk, the women told him that she has the package but needed his identification to release even though she has seen me with this man, fair enough. That was the first attempt, the second attempt I went to the front desk and asked a different woman at the counter and she had told me she didn't receive any package. Now I'm getting confused because the other woman stated they did receive the package. This women didn't check the delivery log nor did she check the back room. My third attempt 30 minutes later the bellman out of all people asks me if I was staying in the hotel as if he hasn't seen me earlier in the day or the day before, go behind the counter and finds the package I was waiting. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old RThis WAS a great place to stay. My upgraded room was a small room with 2 queen beds and a "pull-out Desk"! For years this hotel had a hospitality suite on the seventh floor so in the evening you could pick up an appetizer, glass of wine and relax, for cost-cutting measures they removed the hospitality suite and you can't even get a cup of coffee other than the little tiny coffee maker in your room. The rooms don't have refrigerators and are just plain small hotel rooms . This Holiday Inn doesn't live up to the new holiday in express yet it is 30% more expensive. I will say that the customer service is good the people are friendly and nice and generally the building is clean January 31, 2016

Breakfast is good, but because I stay for 6 nights, I would like some change for the menu. I would stay here again. Nice stay. January 29, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location and Comfortable Room I was given a room on the side of the building that faced away from the freeway which has made a difference in sound in other buildings. It was a quiet room and sufficiently darkened for good sleep. There was no night light in the bathroom which made it very dark. January 25, 2016
